Spot on Pedro. -
This is all you need to know

I'm assuming that would be in his mouth as we know he carried Markus's watch in another orifice?

Dear Don, I hope you are having a very happy birthday. Thank you so much for giving us the "Southampton Way" (which everyone is still trying to work out what it is). Thank you also for selling your awesome "vision" to the squad to the extent that the poor suckers actually believed that we were in a position to go for a Champion's League place. You did such good job that they have now fecked off elsewhere to get it next season. Nice one. But the big thank you goes to showing those easily persuaded what you were really made of when you left once once the people with the money fronted you up. Have a lovely day and please, never, ever come back. p.s. We are going to look like Southampton FC (the stripes are back, yay) again next season but your dream of turning us into a poor man's Liverpool is half there as that is where many ofour guys have gone. Thanks again xxx

You guys sound about my age, do you remember an Alice Cooper track - Cold Ethyl? The lyric goes something like "Cold Ethyl's cool in bed, she ought t'be cos Ehtyl's dead." Happy days!

Spot on. WC are not a good yard stick. Some world class players do the biz, some dont and some average players rise to the occasion but cant hack it in the league. Rule of thumb - if you weren't brilliant before the WC and have a brilliant WC, chanes are you will be pants again after. (For WC read Euro too)

Saw the previous pic of Danni several years ago and have never been the same since. Anything oing on with transfers today?

Sounds like a character from Game of Thrones.

Good call although some might be up for it. Apparently the guys looking after Marilyn Munroe's body charged for people to come in a screw the corpse. Nice!

No, we are a buying, selling and loaning club, just like the rest.

Interesting listening to Sean Dyche earlier on TalkSport. He was talking about how difficult it is to get transfer deals done in the Premiership. Sounds like we are not the only ones having trouble getting our targets in.

We will have to agree to disgree JM. We dont know what went on behind the scenes but it does look like several of the players who have gone wanted out full stop. Not quite sure what the Board could have done, but what they did do it get top dollar - well over top dollar for Shaw and Lovren. We have already heard that vaious things that were bandied around on here were not actually the case so I am not going to judge the Board on a load of heresay. Like others I will wait ad see how it all plays out. As regards the Don, I think I have query the highly professional manner bit. He p*ssed many people off, not least some old players, he changed the colours, he was so unprofessional when the owner wanted to bring in more control overspending that he left. Unlike you I didnt have confidence in him The way he trated Pardew and Adkins was shoddy and now he is a busted flush. I dont see other clubs tripping over themselves to employ him at the moment. We can argue about this until the cows come home but we have a new Board now and I am sure we all hope that they can keeps things moving on and maintain a decent level of football at St Marys. -
Billy mate, perhaps the staff are all too busy trying to sign players?

Is that where you develop a large lump on your forehead and a black eye? -
Stranger things have happened but it would be pretty high on the Strange Scale. You would think he would hold out for a bigger club and I expect the wages would be a problem for us. Still...who knows!

He tweets, therefore he is!!!

Yes, we are probably not remotely interested in any of them! (as with Caulker)

I think I paid £2.75 to see ELP at the Empire Pool Wembley and thought that was steep! (in 1974) Best sound ever was Fleetwood Mac on the Rumours tour - it was like a top hi fi system at home.

Then whoever does the looking will probably get a crick in their neck! I thought WHU were in for him anyway?
