  1. Just **** off Redmond. Here ends the lesson.
  2. Just seen Solskjaer’s post match interview…..moaning about how we’ve kicked them all over the park (essentially)….what a bell. Rich coming from a team of divers.
  3. Livramento. What a player. I think that’s all.
  4. Certainly haven’t missed walking past waves of bevvied up Man U fans walking past. Not sure it’s going to be pretty this afternoon in any aspect…
  5. It's great that your Dad has got to Devon safe and sound, but what's that got to do with Season Tickets! On a more serious note, nothing here today and if it's not here tomorrow i'm not going to endure god knows how long in the ticket office queue on Sunday for it.
  6. I know we’re used to it, but it’s so infuriating. The amount of goals we concede from piss poor play or mistakes is ridiculous. Unsurprising that the pundits always go on about how many points we’ve lost from winning positions.
  7. Just piss poor, Walcott needs to get off the pitch as much as anything. Becoming a liability. Fresh legs required. Typical
  8. Livramento looks ridiculously good, and only 18. That’s some proper talent right there.
  9. Pet hate of mine…..footballers pulling their socks right up like that. One of the many things I hated about John Terry for years.
  10. No. I wouldn’t have said that I know it’s a ridiculous idea…..a forum is a great sounding board.
  11. Andy Carroll on a pay as you play deal. Clearly the only deal you’d ever want to sign someone who can’t play more than 10 games a season. Good foil for Ings, bit of target man action….. Yes, I know it’s a ridiculous idea but we all know he’s someone you don’t want to play against you.
  12. He was definitely at the end of his career but I remember being shocked at how well he played and the plaudits that followed. Was too old for England obviously but put in a real quality shift. Again from what I remember.
  13. From what I remember Le Saux did really well for us and was even being talked about by some journalists as good enough for England again.
  14. Would be great if the beeb could bring Barry Davies out of retirement to commentate on the final.
  15. I’d sub him off purely because the way he runs always winds me up.
  16. I didn't see last night coming at all, and also happy to be proved utterly wrong on my predictions....thought Germany would turn up and hand us a spanking the other night too. Only downside, with Saints tinted spec's on, is that JWP isn't going to get a look in for some time now barring injuries. Southgate will have his new midfield favourites (rightly so i suppose) so i'd be surprised if JWP gets close to the starting XI any time soon.
  17. Right with you there, and even more so now that he's going to be giving f******Henderson some game time.
  18. Just knob off Southgate. Although I liked the way Lineker pronounced Trippier’s name in French first off.
  19. Roy Keane was spot on about Henderson, and why would you have him around the camp if he's crocked - for card tricks? Especially given the lack of midfielders in the squad. JWP should be in instead of him anyway.....i got the "let's take Rooney" when he'd done his foot because he was potentially a match winner and a real prospect. Henderson is neither, so why take an injured player in an area where there are other decent, fit options available? Crazy. And yes, i do have SFC tinted spec's but it seems the impartial football population wanted JWP taken too. And let's face it, he'd have wanted to go even if not likely to play at all so i'm sure he'll be pretty gutted.
  20. No, I’d be surprised by anyone who turned their back on their country in favour of another.
  21. Hate to say it, but i'll be hoping Armstrong and McAdams do well for Scotland against England. I'm feeling pretty uninspired by the whole tournament at the moment, maybe because the covid protocols make a boozy pub session watching England a bit of a chore.....usually i'd have the nights/afternoons planned out by now.
  22. has he gone yet?
  23. Probably out of hope that he has that 1 good game in 10 he’s got in him.
  24. Oh ffs Redmond
  25. the amount of times i sit watching us play, and say "oh ffs Redmond" has been noted within my house. Frustratingly, he could do SO much better but for whatever reason he spends much of the time giving the ball away, slowing up the play, making the wrong decision, committing unnecessary fouls and generally being pretty dog merde. When on song, he's a real asset. When he isn't, he's a massive liability. A shame he's more the latter.
