The line that we were shown on the VAR replay had a line so wide it covered both players feet ! I feel that is correct re the offside but previously this season it would have been ruled out.

When we joined the European Economic Community with a 2/3rds majority of voters that actually voted , free movement etc wasn’t on the adgenda . That happened in later agreements IIRC.

The migrant thing has kind of petered out now apart from a mention of boat people landing in Kent . It is more concerning where we will be going with Brexit next year. Cheap imports of food could destroy our farmers just when Cov19 means we need more food security. Plus Boris seems to have forgotten all the promises about maintaining standards. I suspect we will continue to slide down the rich country list having gone from 4th to 6th already and seen as easy pickings now we are not backed by the large trade block of the EU that Putin and Trump want to break up.

In USA Sheriffs are elected and Chiefs of Police are appointed by an elected Mayor . So as usual we are following in their footsteps thanks to the Tories ! We now have some elected Mayors and some elected Police Commissioners although elected with small voter turnout . You can see the road we’re now on.

So 33% is a negligable number , just over 33% of the people entitled to vote voted to leave , just under to remain and the other 30 odd % did not vote at all so by your yardstick we should still be in the EU HA HA !!!!!!

Their agenda wasn't hidden it was openly racist against migrants from europe which we now know were quite handy to harvest our food . You need to read the Knee thread where the difference between support for a stop to people of colour being disciminated against / killed is one thing that the Prem and players are supporting and the wider BLM movement who want what they see as a different society altogether with various groups joining in with their own agendas.

In a non hypothetical senario she is white and was "respecting the flag" so she would not be abused by the President or be stopped from playing. I realize it is pointless skirmishing the the "professionals" on here who have redefined the word pedantic.

Kaepernick has not played since he made his stand , after several years NFL did a deal with him recently to compensate him. The person in another post who was standing up while the rest of the team knelt will not be subject to denunciation by the President or unable to play for any team again !
