Still think it depends if we can get rid of Cedric as our right wing back option could be stronger. Also an on loan striker like Lookman who would look the part in our system. Then come the summer you get rid of all those not suited and bring in three class players to play attacking and quick football. Sell Romeu, Austin, Long, Bertrand (If he has not stepped up) and Hoedt to raise some good fees.

The Genk RB is a cert for our system plus for the long term. Watched a YouTube video this morning and he is everything Cedric is not.

Putting him alongside a quality CB pairing would certainly help him stand out more. IMHO we lack a leader at the back who controls the defensive line like VVD did.

Watching the press conference this morning you sense this guy is the one we want as RH said he fits our system and they knew lots about him. I guess it’s about getting a deal for Cedric sorted out. IMHO Lookman as part of the deal would suit me.

Seriously do we really need anyone other than a striker? RH can coach average players which we already have and plenty of them too. Wait till the summer and get rid of those he wants out and replace with who he likes in.

Make sure Redmond plays as they will be terrified of him. I really think we can go all the way to the final once we get past Accrington (if) as I feel this team would start to pull further away from relegation. RH can slot any player into the team as he just gets them playing for him.
