I meant Luke Shaw. Im not surprised you are laughing as I would too.
-
This guy is getting better and better each game, taking on players, step overs and acceraration is improving each time. Will he be in high demand at the end of the season? I’m pretty sure the top 6 have got an eye on him as he is starting to show the same kind of talent that Gareth Bale did when we had him.
-
The thought of us trying to sell Austin on the last day of the transfer deadline day is laughable. No way would we of got a replacement in.
-
If he wants the wing backs to become wingers then why don’t we put natural wingers in that position? Redmond and Sims would offer more going forward with Austin getting on the end of the crosses. Bertrand, Valery, Vestergaard and Yoshi would be good enough as defenders.
-
The bit I dont get is the players are doing double training and are much much fitter now but they seem to be going backwards. Okay we don’t have any decent strikers that are fit but you would think Armstrong, Moi and Austin would be sharper and stronger than under Hughes.
-
Totally agree. I bet someone who’s playing Hampshire league standards could do a better job than any fit striker that we have at our club right now. It’s a total mess that we have a headless chicken, carthorse and a championship reject as the only choices.
-
Play Adams?!? Thought we failed to sign him from Birmingham after they wanted an extra £2.50 which we refused to pay.
-
He gave one in the last game too, hold on and the game before that? Blimey when does a manager finally think it’s time to drop him for god sake.
-
He probably got rid of them as he thought he was getting an upgrade. Bet the board stitched him up good and proper like they have done to many other managers we’ve had.
-
Every team has a striker or two that can dig you are out trouble. Wheres ours other than being on the treatment table?
-
Play 4 (FOUR) at the back and no Jack Stephens then we might have a chance. Fulham are shocking away from home while Saints are bloody dreadful at home... sorry Saints are bloody dreadful fullstop. IMHO failure to pick up three points here and we are almost down as no game gets easier than this.
-
Puel gets teams away from relegation with dull football.
-
RH was stitched up by the board after he was told to sell some players and we will bring you a couple of signings that you want. Fast forward it by three weeks and he is probably thinking what am I doing here?
-
Stephens gives it away and then misses the cross. Why can’t managers see the weakest links?
-
It’s a free hit? Ha ha love it as it’s probably the easier games like Fulham we mess up on and the hard ones we could of taken a point or 3?
-
Jack Stephens again :/ It took so long to realise how useless Hoedt was and now it seens the same with this guy.
-
He was good once as I saw him tear a Villa team apart in a great first half display. Think it was 4 years ago though :/
-
Good that Palace and Brighton could both reach the semi finals. Surely it would stutter league form?
-
Much appreciated your comments and it’s great they are doing well. The bit I want to know is who is the one I need to keep an eye out for that would one day reach the standards of say Chelsea. I’m seeing loads of video clips on the bbc website and it’s getting more popular every season.
-
It’s not buffing as Forster really is that slow.
-
I agree with you. Just watch the way Watford play 4-2-2-2 as they have two attacking strikers that look dangerous all the time. Shame we don’t have those?
-
We need to win those four away games against the lesser teams otherwise we are in serious trouble. Forget about the home games as we will scrape two draws out of it because our home form is dibolical.
-
Or straight to a blue shirt who thought Xmas came early. Total madness and if I was making his video for Tenerife then I would play it back a 1,000 times.
-
With the trip to Tenerife coming up should we be switching formations as we are being sussed by teams now. West Ham and Palace had fast wingers that destroyed our centre backs because our wing backs were 50 feet up the pitch. The funninest thing is Taggart and Bertrand are not even good wingers while Valery is improving for sure. IMHO the only reason why RH is keeping 5 at the back is because we can’t defend set pieces with two powering centre backs in a 4-2-2-2. I think it’s time he starts to sort out this problem as we are reliant on Redmond too much as he is the only half decent offensive player we have right now.
