  1. nice one
  2. yep, nothing seems to being done it seems
  3. Any clues to see this?
  4. The Iagree box keeps coming up and then you have to go on the privacy settings to knock all the notifications to off. Surely this can be remedied. I put save but it keeps doing this.
  5. Im not tired of experts at all Dodger, I just feel that when someone asks a percentage of people their voting habits some will not always be truthful. That will skew a result. Im not aware that it is law to tell a pollster who you voted for, but your experts who live in ivory towers and insulated from the real world accept every person is telling the truth. I have experience in knowing that so called experts have the wool pulled over their eyes quite regularly, although not in this field but generally. Hence museums have lots of fakes
  6. I may add, please let me know how correct straw polls have been in the last major elections ? 30k people canvassed or 30k labour supportersBTW
  7. Surely should be #clueless Pal
  8. Very good post IMO
  9. Polls and surveys are so inaccurate, I wouldn't hold too much credence in a poll of 30k people. A percentage don't tell the truth anyway. Fact is millions of people voted out and not all were Tories by a long shot, hence Sunderland , Grimby etc voted out.
  10. Yes I do know how such things work. Of course with all these things it depends on what fuel you feed into it to give it power. The fuel was starved for Puel as they didn't give him any players in the pre season and so the carbs were blocked.
  11. a damp rag that got us to 8th and a cup final. Strachan played pretty poor football and he gets lauded.
  12. the Guardian is not Labour supporting lol https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/other/there’s-only-one-way-to-stop-brexit-from-the-ground-up/ar-BBMAm6C?ocid=spartanntp How is Brexit a Tory thing btw, there were as many Labour supporters voting for it but it has become a Tory policy!! The Tories happen to be in power and so their job is to follow the nations wishes, Im not happy that we are leaving but it is a poisoned chalice to have to negotiate it. Personally I think May is doing the best she can, considering that the EU hold all the cards.
  13. Most of his passes went astray when we got close the penalty area , so he will fit right in
  14. that'll be a first Lol x
  15. Yep well done Nathan, and did you notice how he jumped in celebration when we scored?
  16. Some of that I agree with but Puel is not to blame for the slide. He would have developed us by now into a decent team. He could see what we needed and would have been on the case strengthening the side. Anyway it is history and we have to move on and stomach the bad decision (IMO) of getting of him
  17. but was the momentum pre Reed and it is only the erosion in time by his decisions have put us where we are now?
  18. you should know the form by now on here. You have a very reliable keeper who made the difference to us staying up or going down last season, and then a new face comes in for a game against a second string, has nothing to do, so all of a sudden the man who saved us is then to be jettisoned by the football brains on here.
  19. The privacy settings do not stay as your choices once you log off,so every time you have to turn off as you log back in. It is a nonsense and also annoying.
  20. I understand that players will want to go and it is impossible to keep them but we have made it easy. It is great selling a player for 75m but the whole policy is useless if you then waste more by poor purchases like Osvaldo, Ramirez, Boufal etc that have set us back to zero. Wilson is obviously a poor judge of a player and so he wastes more than he gains
  21. it is just the feeling I have that as a fanbase weve been kicked and kicked and it is bound to have a negative effect. it is not about 3 games it is about 3 seasons. Since the club let Koeman go and showed no ambition we have had to endure our heroes sold and the winning mentality of the club recede. I am not against Hughes, he has got a poor squad and has to do what he can, but when we are winning we know we are going to concede, wheras Bournemouth go behind and they know that they probably will get something. Therefore they are more positive whatever wheras we are likely to be more negative
  22. but we haven't produced any young players to sell for years. If we had a Wallcott in the reserves he would be in the side, but we haven't, they go out on loan and aren't good enough to get into Championship teams. The poicy relys on having good scouts and coaches and it seems o me we haven't any. No doubt they are just yes men to Les and that keeps their jobs
  23. Our fanbase is back to the demoralised way it was before our decline down the leagues. When we had our rise, the club had a winning mentality, we as fans had positive expectations when we were at a game. Compare us to the Cherries, their fans know if they are losing they will get back , we are winning and expect to draw or lose. I believe t all stems from the clubs policy of selling our best players and that must have an effect on the squad as well as the fans.
  24. Redarmy, I assume is a Man u Liverpool fan, or even Pompey. Never does he post positives just negatives about Saints. Sad individual, as for the Henry jibes, Redmond at no time said it himself and so is saddled with the quote by such morons
  25. A squad with no pace is always going to struggle. We never replaced our goal scorers and so that’s where we are. Sad set of events and a season of struggle. To call for the manager gone, again, is just a nonsense it is the stupid situation
