As usual Im a bit confused...it says the loanees have put in 50k each!! I thought they had put in massive amounts to get control of the club. Can somebody also tell me why they have made priority to get the ground up to 20k capacity as it is patently obvious that will not be needed for some years. i do wonder if it is a smokescrenn that perhaps they were under pressure to reduce the ground capacity ever more due to safety issues and so do a thing saying it is to increase capacity. i would assume the safety measures they are putting in are the same needed for a 10k ground or a 20k one

I'm not sure that the situations are the same. Personally NA never fully convinced me and I was not too concerned when NC made the change. At this moment I think that. NC would be happy enough,especially as MP seems to have bought into the developing of the young players. How many has he bedded in this season ( bad choice of words ) ? To be above mid table while bringing a lot of teenagers in is a superb effort. If only the high price tag players had done their stuff we would be cruising. Obviously if the results plummet and we get close to relegation then NC will act in the summer, but Iam am confident that we will be fine and still finish in a good position

you have to try and see the mentality we are up against. They are desperate to take a counter position so that eventually they may be proved right. The need to look correct overwhelms any wish for the club to do well. i have many times had players/managers I have supported replaced by others I was not so keen on, but then not wished the player/manager bad luck. The club IMO is all important, whether. I was proved right or wrong was not the most important thing for me.

Well the support sounded superb on the BBC radio and the commentators mentioned it !

I did not see the game but listened to the commentary by BBC 5 live. David. Pleat was the co-commentator and was very upbeat about us. He said there was nothing between the 2sides and we might rue missing our earlier chances. It was down to the different sub benches. They brought on Willian and Oscar, both would make the first 11 at any most PL clubs. Jose knows how to play our type of football, get Torres to run the defence and t ire them and then add power and athleticism for the last 25minutes.

whilst it is a good idea in principle, surely the flow of the game is affected. If a team call for a penalty but as the game goes on the ball goes to the other end of the pitch and the oppo score what then??? That would cause a riot. i watch the tv pundits and they take forever to agree on a penalty decision and you cant get a consistent result with them either. I would have loved it to be in place yesterday as we would have got a penalty but i cant see it working
