as time goes on. I seems that BC may have again run rings around them. The terms to drop/withdraw from the court case seem to have been done at haste. The finer details and what it really meant could well have been lost in the wording. I fail to believe that Chanrai would have walked for 3m and some small add ons. I doubt he was going to blink first but I suppose he may have just been playing poker and left it to the last minute. To me I feel he always has the trump card

Wasnt Allen lording the pitch invasion?

and just think they are going to fill a 50k stadium dishing that c*** out

Just seen Bradley celebrating his goal in front of the skates, they weren't very happy lol

Fr a man who fought tooth and nail to protect his 17m gave up with a whimper. It does not add up and almost certainly there is a reason for that. The devil will be in the details

WC this is an amusing read, http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?42459-Nigel-Adkins-Sacked&highlight=Adkins+sacked more kneejerks than in the US national country dancing championships

I suspect the floating charge or the like will be still in place. he will be there to catch the fall-out if it fails again.
-
interesting that one of their posts stated that some of the new men were in the 657,which ones ? if they are not careful £657 will be the full worth of the High Net Worth bank accounts shortly.

he will soon be found out as is very left footed.next season he will not be as effective IMO

I wonder what Chanrais legal costs will be and what fees exactly they will cover.

Pompey must be bigger than those lot of losers

Daren I suspect and hope that the penalty will not be given until the league know if it is valid this season or not. I recall that the penalty has to be awarded if it has a bearing on their position eg if they go down anyway they get the points next season but if they manage to get enough points to stay up this they will get them for this season. If you get my drift

I can see the first board meeting . 'Can you please put all the drums and bugles in the corner' Item 1, 'Yes Mr Westwood we will arrange for new hat pegs in the boardroom but until then The big floppy tall hat will have to be put on the ground' Item2. ' yes we will vote on who has the most tattoos but can we get onto more pressing matters?' Item 3. ' all in favour that the price of beer should be halved in the Fratton End to anyone not wearing a shirt'

My understanding is that Chanrai cannot appeal
-
hey Phil I hope your preparations for the big day are going well. Chanrai must have been prepared to what offer he would accept, his brother must have had the terms with him
-
i can't believe that is all Chanrai will be getting , like all things it will be the small print that shows the real price. I thought they had already upped their offer to more than that
-
Amazing that this time there is a football fan who is a judge, when they were i court before the judges wouldn't know what football was. Reading the few tweets it seemed to me that Chanrai jumped the gun by arranging a deal. The judge didn't seem to be on Pompeys side at that time. I hope that Pompey twist Hull City in the future that'll teach him

It would have been justice if they had lost their ground forever. They still have the rallying point, something if lost would have meant their death-knell. Seems to me they have got away with it. I saw them skulking around the lower leagues before and they came up, it would be nice that they wouldnt again.

You didnt need to ask that question to show you are in the politics of envy. I started out on my path under the government of Callaghan and since then have worked under many different political parties and PM's. As you would be aware by my posts I never went on to further education or Uni, but went out and have worked to get a decent standard of living, and through taking high risks have done ok. I could have of course sat on my backside and held my hand out and let others provide me with a house etc whilst at the same time look in envy at others. (this is not how i expect you to be by the way) i do not own shares, but do intend to do one day so that i can supplement a pension. Even in old age i do not expect the nation to keep me, but will have to use my whits to get by. None of the gilt lined index linked pensions for me that some lucky people get,

Nothing wrong with a bit of humanity, perhaps he could tell some of his mates to show some respect.

bought by kids who have no idea, who were not around at the time.
-
Look at the 1970's and those British companies were on the floor. Rolls Royce were close to liquidation in about 1975
-
It is not worth the turmoil it would bring. Sadly kids who were not around at the time have strong views fed to them by the likes of Billy Bragg and Ben Elton. Maggie causes division in her death as well in her lifetime. I myself think she did more good than bad for the nation as a whole. Gormly and Scargill did more damage to the miners than any politician ever could.

The train service is far better now than it was in the 70's -80's it is clean safe and not the unpleasant experience it was then. I am surprised that private companies pay 5 more to run the railways, there has to be a reason to be so, as it was a shambles when the state ran it.
