and yesterdays post by PES'I genuinely really, really hate scummers, except the ones who are my mates or family and most of the ones I've met personally and the ones who work with my wife, oh! and that cyclist who got the gold medal for Team GB. But I won't be writing to HMRC or the media or the FL regarding any of your future misdemeanors and I can honestly say no Pompey fans I know have or would fire off 'Disgusted of Drayton' emails. It's not the Pompey way, just sneaky, snide, tell tale scummers do that, many frequenting this thread, some spunking off over your recent record signings.......' Will the real Pes please stand up Lol It seems you lot all have double personalities down there.

i had it on good authority Corp Ho was ahead of you in the list.
-
why do Pompey fans only have 30minute diner breaks at work, because they would need to be retrained if they had an hour
-
'we DON'T cry when we get relegated or lose a Cup final ' If only i could be bothered to get that picture of the Pompey fans after some play off defeat, the hoards of them after Leicester beat them in the play offs. You are not all hardened youth. You like the majority have slipped away from this forum when things looked dire, now you have all of a sudden got 10 players in and things are looking rosy you come back. I wonder how many tickets had been sold by wednesday before the import

You come across as the nice guy, but i think it was you told us your mate was the real deal Tony Lynham was going to save us. All the time laughing up your sleeve. Personally I dont hate people from Portsmouth, i hate the football club and all it has brought to football.....

'Portsmouth have been given special dispensation by the Football League to start the season on zero points despite being in administration.' Why? Luton must be seething at this. It seems that there is a chance they will not get any deduction at all. It is incredible, every time they say they are going to be wound up they get 'special dispensation'

perhaps football as a business is so ridden with corruption and dirty dealings nobody wants to really open the can of worms. After today I suspect there are a few more in the 'they have got away with it camp' Yes each time their position is eroded more, but hiw many times have we been told they were finished in this saga? it must be close to 20 times.
-
Did you want them to survive? if so do you still wish them to after yet another sidestep of true justice.
-
So they may as well stay in admin until the end of the season and see how they have done. In the meanwhile fill the side with non contract players of decent quality so that they can try to get promotion and be a better bet for a purchaser. I see no other reason to use non contract players. Also non contract players will come on low wages as they have no better offer. Yet again, PFC flick V's at the rest of football and the creditors.

JustFine thanks, i miss the forum matches though lol

I thought the Fulham fan was correct. There are not many teams that I would feel confident that we can beat and so stay up. Initially i felt we were going to buy a few players and strengthen, sadly that has fallen away and hence we may do poorly. NA's job is under threat IMO and perhaps the club is keeping its powder dry.

there is no way that TB will be allowing this unless there is some type of backer or hope of money coming in. TB is part of a large company and they will not be wishing to be seen as messing up. When they played the kids the other night, most people would have thought that at long last they are cutting their cloth accordingly. This new event must have motive and costing behind it. I may be really wide of the mark but does it cost much more staying in Admin and funding the club through the backdoor and not getting the -10 and wait for any PP left, than to take the club on? Iam sure there will be massive holes in this but thinking on the hoof i do wonder.

i vote for you Mike. A balanced and fairminded poster.

coaching the art of eating a mars bar while taking a swig of coca cola. I doubt you can teach players MLT's skill, I hope he has an insight into the game that can be taught
-
They have found a way around the leagues rules yet again? I suspect many other clubs chairmen might be a tad unhappy with this. Also if they stay in admin does this mean the -10 is not applied. Perhaps BC has a plan
-
It still never fails to surprise me how football fans are happy to steal, beg and borrow with not a thought of the people they are effecting.
-
Thanks
-
amazing as they are the most friendly and liked fans in the world
-
of course, apart from the delightful future Mrs DP

Porn Brokers in Pompey have now put a stop on taking anymore caravans, gold plated sovereign rings, gold plated rope chains, hand bells and drums, as members of the Trust try to get their funds together.
-
if you have met Phil, it is more likely to be a right Jessie,H from Steps ,and Vickie from Little Britain,
-
It must be touch and go for the funds to run out if it takes that long. I agree this is when having Clapham and Hutch giving us insights is very useful. As Delia would scream 'Come on you 2 ,Lets be avin you'
-
If there is a colling off period of 28days, where is the money to run the club coming from. I thought the winding up on the 10th been stopped while they sold to BC. Is there any funds to pay for the wait?
-
until the door closes they have got away with it. Dont jump the gun Bc has been ahead of the game all along and now if you notice he is also bringing in the FL -10 points. He is trying to get that pulled as well as the fees. if they survive they have got away with it as most clubs fans would take the glory of FA cup wins etc for the club then to be dumped down to L2. The memories of FA cup wins stay with you forever, add to that fielding teams you cant afford and then beat your fierce rivals twice 4-1 and then nick a last minute draw is priceless. i still have fantastic memories of Stokes 76 , and Moran in 84 something i will never forget. Forget not that most of their fans are newbies and so have had those experiences and can again move back supporting Man U etc. I feel for a few of the few , 'never in the field of football has so much been owed by so few to so many'

they know that the advert will be shown nationally in prime time due to the press forever showing them re their demise. Good business
