I have e-mailed the CEO of Johnstone paints and pointed out that their branding will benifit if they hae few empty seats on the day. I mentioned we sold our allocation and it never got to general sale, and that i felt confident that 5000/10000 more may well be sold.

I watched AA giving his interview at the press conference and was very composed. At the end he was asked about people interested he said 2 had shown proof of funds and at that stage his eyes went side to side like the baddie puppet did on Thunderbirds. Not sure i trust that statement

Hi Mack after me slapping you down yesterday, I feel more mellow today. I have seen your games to come and as has been rightly pointed out, the expectations of you getting a lot of points is unlikely. If Spurs are your opponents in the semi, you will lose O'hara, a massive loss as he was the only player you had who had the balls to stand up on the day against us. Going to Wembley for a semi-final and losing will not be nice. i have experienced it twice in the FA cup and at least once in the League cup. It is not like losing in the final i promise you. If you only get relegated you have got off scot free IMO (that is the club not you) I think without a doubt most saints and Pompey fans will be delighted if PS Redknapp and co get theiir just desserts.(although it still bemuses me that some of your fans still think PS did a good job)

I think they were very lucky against us and had we scored first htey would have folded. Perhaps after watch them escape so many times it has made me less sure. I still resent their cup win, as they were patently fielding a tream they couldnt afford.
-
Sounds much better.

Not to be pedantic they beat Sunderland as well. I hope you are correct, I will be happy to come on here and apologise that I was wrong if they do get thrown out of the league or really do face justice.
-
from you that is a compliment. I wouldnt want to be in your world, i read your stuff after games where everything is downbeat and your constant sniping at the club.I notice you will be going to Wembley though Lol

There is a difference of getting relegated and playing in the BSL that has been very much been predicted on here. Getting relegated 1 division, stil to fight another day is to my mind 'them getting away with it' They are still going to wembley with a team that they rightly should not be able to field, they still may win that and get to the final. At the same time stopping fans from other clubs who are playing by the rules having their day out. So I believe they are getting away with it big time.
-
Can you recall their position when they did their escape before. They were doomed until they got the lift of beating us...oh Burnley Hull and Wolves are woeful. Wolves have to go to Fratton, Hull also. The others have a much harder run in. We have fans on here who think that we can make the play offs and we are 15 points behind! I will agree that it is doubtful but look back 50 pages on here and see the posts how Pompey would be dead by now, or toast.

Lol. Unfortunately at this moment in time my prediction is coming to pass

Somebody wake up Clapham saint and Bucks saint who are in the business to give us their inside knowledge of the workings of this process. Also their thoughts why the CEO has been left in place. It was interesting to hear Krasner on Solent and his views. He said' nothing in football surprises 'him when asked about Storrie keeping his job. he did say that the administrator was correct that he couldnt release players.
-
Storrie Keeps his job, 85 ordinary people lose theirs... Discuss...

while the people who may have , I state may have done wrong, are still in office they have the chance to lose the trail of wrongdoing. I still am dumbfounded that the CEO is still in place, I would have thought gardening leave would be the least the admionistrator would put him on. -
So if SSN are correct do you think they are toast?
-
Well I hope that justice is properly served.
-
And so you think -9 (something they are capable of overturning and staying up) is rightful punishment for what they have done????? In my opinion Pompey will be getting away with it if that is their biggest sanction. Yes they may well be relegated, but the people who have seemingly not done things by the book will have not felt the true punishment.
-
the tickets that have not been issued to the 2 competeing teams go to where? Surely they are not left never to be marketed?
-
If this is true perhaps people will now agree that Pompey will get away with it...as i say if it is true that they have avoided court

Mack, you will enjoy a day out at Wembley on the back of breaking the hearts of many young Brum fans whose club played by the rules, whilst your team have got there by fielding a team that if you played it on an even playing field would not get a sniff. I would not shout about it from the rooftops. I felt shame when Saints went into admin and cost small local businesses much needed revenue. To your clubs shame ,you have done it twice. So go and enjoy your tea while 85 of your compatriots sit at home worrying that they have lost thier jobs and how do they pay their mortgage. Enjoy your day at Wembley, you will have another memory but many of your clubs servants will have scars forever. Shame on you and shame on Pompey.

So the 600 jobs at risk that was said in court has now been shown to be 319 (South Today) Unbeleiveable. Also 2 parties have shown proof of funds. Pompey will get away with it.
