It's a shame he went really as he'd have been a good replacement for Clyne. He looked a decent prospect for us at RB. Not sure why Wenger is persisting with him at CB. It's clear as day that he's not good enough in that position.

Our passing has been poor tbh and I think it's got a little to do with the opposition we faced in pre season and against Vitesse. The sides we faced weren't particularly good in all honesty and we got away with a slow tempo. I think we're just a little bit rusty because of it. I'm 100% sure it will return and soon as that's Koemans style. Have faith, once the midfield settles we'll fly up the table. We have three winnable games coming up in the league so lets see what we get from those first.

My nipper turns 5 next month. His first game was utd away last season. I hope he doesn't think it'll end like that every year up there!! haha

Don't see why everyone is giving him ****. It's his opinion at the end of the day. Mine is that we had a much better balance throughout the team when he came on but we still had too many stragglers on the pitch. Not a lot he could've done on his own but it was a solid display and a good foundation to build on.

On the whole it was a pretty fair result. I really hope our pressing and energy returns for the Everton game though. The most sickening thing about the game was Mane at the end. He could've won it. I'm not annoyed as it was a fair result but, just a bit gutted as I really thought he'd have buried the last chance in particular!
