  1. Thousands of ticketed fans still outside trying to get in apparently but the Liverpool end is so packed fans are standing in the aisles and stairwells. Surely not ticketless scousers causing the trouble!?
  2. Glad common sense has prevailed on this
  3. This aged well
  4. Let’s hope this works better than “Eric Black needs to go, he’s the problem”. Still believe Ralph should be following them out the door and an entire new coaching team should be bought in.
  5. Whoops.
  6. In fairness it seems he’s lived up to how most of the first 2 pages of this thread suggested he would. There’s a reason even we could afford him!
  7. If a decent offer comes in then I’d get rid and invest elsewhere. Lad is destined to be a Championship star and not much more really.
  8. Flip it around and ask another question - who would do much worse. Another piss poor performance today, which I have no doubt Ralph and his cult of followers will make excuses for and pin on their first goal ruining our game plan. The night of that West Ham cup match really was our high point of the season, it felt good to be a saints fan walking away from the stadium and things were looking up. From that point on though it’s been a slow motion car crash, and I’m so glad this season is over, just feel completely done with this club.
  9. If it stays like this I’m going to have to cheer on Leeds this Sunday, which feels very wrong. Christ imagine the unthinkable happens and Liverpool win the league, but Everton go down. Merseyside will be a laugh Sunday night!
  10. People like me? What are you waffling on about you weirdo. I’ll happily acknowledge it, the bigoted view of Muslim and associated religions towards LGBTQ, and their views on women and lesser beings is vile, and too many people these days aren’t allowed to speak out against them for fear of being called racist. However whilst you may be an exception, I stick by my point that the generation of people that grew up in the 60s and 70s were less tolerable than the succeeding generation towards those of different sexual orientation or race. Dont take it to heart, I know it’s the same with my generation, that the two that follow mine are likely more accepting. Eventually any young gammons or racists will be diluted out with each generation and we’ll live in a world where no one really gives a shit who does what with whom. Then we’ll find something else to worry about.
  11. Congratulations, you are part of the problem. Standing there applauding a load of blokes who are earning millions of pounds a year, to give substandard performances, who will drop this club like a bad habit should the chance for something better arise. However anyone that left isn’t a proper fan? What a cuck.
  12. I swear it doesn’t matter how long we’ve had to rest before a game compared to the opposition it makes zero fucking difference to us, we are the footballing equivalent of a flaccid cock. With a stronger starting line up and a bit more intensity we could have got something tonight but no, super Ralph has to pull some names out of a hat and oversee another passive performance. Yes I know I know it’s Liverpool blah blah blah but tonight was just another standard clusterfuck of boring, passive, uninspiring, clueless football, and I can’t stand this current saints side from top to bottom, coaching team included. St Mary’s is the most boring fucking ground in the league these days, about as intimidating as bouncy castle. Imagine getting a season ticket next year for more of that shite, to watch us sleepwalk to relegation.
  13. Fair play to the lad for having the balls to come out. I’m sure the fact that he is only 17 is a major factor as he is from a generation where being gay is not a big deal compared to the viewpoint of the gammon generations that preceded his.
  14. That was my first thought too
  15. As if giving Long that 2 year extension wasn’t bad enough the guy is earning £58k a week!? Fucking hell. Don’t get me started on Bednerak and Moi either, what a joke.
  16. Can’t believe he had the gaul to criticise people that claimed we were on the beach. We’re way past that now, we’re on the beach, by the pool, on excursions, the whole fucking package holiday. No lie when walking away from the stadium after the West Ham cup match my mate said how nice it felt to be a Saints fan for a change, I replied that we should enjoy it as it’ll be back to being dogshit before we know it. Even I didn’t think it would get this bad!!
  17. Yeah I’m sure St Mary’s will be absolutely buzzing next week after we get absolutely dicked about 0-8 by Liverpool and all the fans stay in their seats to wave off Ralph as if it’s a ship on its maiden voyage. A quiet parting of the ways is needed IMO.
  18. Wishful thinking unfortunately, he’ll wait for the multi million pound payout. Get rid now and hope for some kind of new manager bounce against Liverpool that keeps the score to about 0-4. Can’t afford to give this man another transfer window and start off next season slowly, our luck will run out eventually.
  19. Yep, thought the same hearing that on the telly, beginning of the end now you feel.
  20. To think Ralph was insulted that fans accused us of being on the beach already. He and half of this squad need to go, simple as.
  21. 😂 he’s better than Stephens and Bednerak
  22. True, with Theo though that’s more down to the decline of his ability rather than any injuries and he’ll be gone in the summer. Jones seems to be over his issues now and regardless of his stupid face pulling would excel in a team like us, similar to how Cahill did at Palace. Some people on here turned their nose up at that too.
  23. Phil Jones leaving United this summer, I’d take him over any of our current bunch of clowns.
  24. Celtic or Rangers would be a good fit for Armstrong to recapture his form. They’re about the equivalent of mid to bottom of the table Prem sides playing against League One standard opponents so he’d score plenty I’m sure, without feeling like he’s gone to a lesser team on loan.
  25. The fact that we’re even appearing in things like this now, after the position we were in a couple of months ago is pathetic. I don’t believe we’re in trouble given the few games left, but the fact that it’s even having to be spoken about shows how far we’ve fallen in a very short space of time.
