  1. Take some solace from the fact that it’s only a matter of time until his name gets released and his life is ruined. Serves the prick right.
  2. What a goal it was too. Just hope it doesn’t end 1-0, what a snooze fest that will be
  3. Suppose it’s easy to be “loyal” when this is the level of clubs interested in signing him.
  4. Glad someone else feels the same way about Smallbone, he was such a nothing player for us previously now all of a sudden a half decent run at mid table Stoke and fans think he’s going to be running the midfield for us. It’s easy to stand out in a side primed for obscurity in the championship, but if we’re serious about bouncing straight back up we’re going to need someone with a bit more about themselves IMO. Back to the subject of JWP, out of curiosity how many sides actually came in for him over the past 11 years? Always found it interesting that through the narrative of our fans he’s been highlighted as loyal player when everyone else seemed to move on, however I can’t recall any top 10 level side coming in with a bid that would have turned his head.
  5. Oh there we go that’s the saints we know and love
  6. I should be happy were winning I suppose, but in a lot of ways I’m even more fucked off that these clowns raise their game when Liverpool are in town but can’t be arsed against their relegation rivals. Oh and for fuck sake Selles look what happens when you give Sully a decent go from the start of the game!!
  7. Absolutely, she knew this was all about to leak and tried distancing herself to save her career. There’s no way on earth she can say she didn’t know.
  8. Glad most people are happy with the pricing, can’t really attack the club for this one. For me as a neutral on the subject having given up their ST years ago I feel those of you that endured this season deserve more of a “loyalty” discount than that. With a young family I’ve found other things to do on a weekend having given mine up, and can safely say I’ve not missed it all these past 2 seasons. I turned down free hospitality for the Fulham game to stay at home with my family in the sun digging up the garden and having a BBQ and don’t regret it one bit. The club should be doing all it can to prevent more of the same and retain those of you that have said “fuck this I’m done paying out for this crap”. All just my opinion of course, from a guy that used to have a ST and do at least 10 aways.
  9. How the flying fuck did they get battered by Everton. Who got the brown envelopes for that little hiccup seriously. That’s basically the result that will keep them up.
  10. Bournemouth won’t want to do Leeds any favours I’m sure.
  11. I still fancy there to be a twist on Sunday. If Leicester can get the result against West Ham anything other than a win for Everton sends them down. Means I’ll have to cheer on Bournemouth though. Leeds need a hell of a swing to survive.
  12. With talk of Declan Rice leaving West Ham I could easily see them bringing in Prowsey as they’d think he’s a perfect replacement. They’ll be in for a shock when they realise he doesn’t quite offer what Rice does.
  13. The tombola pulled out some interesting names today I see. Hopefully the young lads get a go off the bench. Really don’t care today, in fact I’d go as far to say I hope Brighton win and qualify for Europe, they’ve had a cracking season and it’d be fun for their fans.
  14. Fairs, with Leeds to play Spurs on the final day and Everton playing Bournemouth I’d have thought Leeds would need to target 2 wins regardless
  15. Not sure a point makes too much a difference in fairness, it’s all hinging on Leeds winning tomorrow
  16. You can counter that with this tweet and all the comments below it suggesting we could be in for another season of crab football.
  17. Sort of managerial appointment I’d expect from Pompey rather than Us but let’s see what the future holds before losing our shit just yet.
  18. Makes a change from the usual faces! Both teams have had a shit time of it since they last graced the top division, more so luton, be interesting to see if they can get Kenilworth Road up to the required standard by August of if they’ll need to groundshare.
  19. 17th May 2003. Remarkably it’s 20 years to the day since we painted Cardiff yellow and had one of our proudest days as fans. Shame they don’t use Cardiff anymore for certain football matches, was a cracking city for a beer up!!
  20. They did issue an amendment yesterday to say that Watling and the club agreed to mutually end her contract. Shame as she was the fittest player IMO.
  21. They’ve got a safe (pretty much) West Ham to play last game of the season, so there may be one final chance. Leeds play West Ham next too, and they actually looked alright against Newcastle so could see them getting the result that would drag Forest back into the mix.
  22. Che is one of the few I’d be happy to keep next season, I think he’d do well in the championship and whilst he has his limitations I’ve never doubted his commitment, and he was never meant to lead the line but to be the second striker alongside a more potent one IMO. If SR could finally get there shit together and bring in a decent championship level number 9 I reckon Che will flourish
  23. Game sounds fucking awful. No fight whatsoever and Tall Paul getting his chance in completely the wrong formation. I made the right decision turning down a free ticket to do some gardening instead the useless fucking pricks.
  24. Graham Potter links are pretty far off the mark I think, if he hadn’t played for us nobody would be even talking about him realistically coming here. The fact is he was a Saint for one season and only made 8 appearances, he’s not some club legend that made 100s of appearances. Id fully expect him despite the Chelsea failure to end up at a club like Palace, or maybe Brentford or villa should their managers get poached.
