ladysaint Posted 4 October, 2010 Share Posted 4 October, 2010 So we have had the tragic loss of ML, the sacking of Pardew and now LB, surely nothing else bad can happen in our centenary year.

Our centenary year was 25 years ago, although your point's still valid.

Deppo Posted 4 October, 2010 Share Posted 4 October, 2010 The last two are nowhere near the first, show some respect for Markus ffs. Nutshell. Some people amaze me - let's compare the death of a great man with some dickhead smashing a bottle over some blokes head. Way to show respect - hang your head. Some people amaze me - let's compare the death of a great man with some dickhead smashing a bottle over some blokes head. Way to show respect - hang your head. I agree with Ludwig and Deppo. I frowned at the original post. One was a tragedy, one a business decision and the final an act of stupidity. None of them are related to "luck." SFC Forever Posted 4 October, 2010 Share Posted 4 October, 2010 I agree, it is one bad start to a thread and deplorable taste. ML saved us from oblivion and was then taken from us without warning. Pardew tried to help us but only managed to get us so far. The other does not even deserve a mention.

ladysaint Posted 4 October, 2010 Author Share Posted 4 October, 2010 I am sorry and apologise if I have upset people I didnt mean it in the way that it has been taken, no way would I put the untimely and tragic death of ML in the same category as the other two. Don't worry, I knew what you meant. Those who criticised are being a tad sanctimonious and are obviously not familiar with your other postings over the years. If we'd had a warning would that have been ok?
