The bit that concerned me the most was his mention of irregular heart beat issues - feeling tired etc. OK, he was checked over at a hospital, but I would say that could be a potential health issue for the future perhaps - would he pass sport level medicals?

“I enjoyed playing at Southampton and we had a manager who wanted to play football, but it didn’t quite work out and unfortunately at the end of that season they went down,” remembered Cork. “But it’s a great club and they’ve had a good season this year with Nigel Adkins, Crozza (Andy Crosby), people who I was with at S****horpe.

“So I’ve only got nice things to say about Southampton and I’m really pleased for them getting promotion back to the Championship. It’s a massive stadium and I think the last game we played there we had about 30,000. They love their football in Southampton. It’ll be a good chance for us to go to a ground with a lot of support behind us to give us a send of before we go away to Denmark

seems interesting things to say before international - sounds pretty positive.

In the photos of the England players training at SMS.

Is the 4th picture from the end (select the 4th white dot from the right) a picture of Jack with the Chapel seats spelling out "Saints" over his right shoulder ?

As all the other pictures (15) are pictures of the players on the pitch, are they trying to tell us something with that picture ??

Had some nice things to say about Saints and seems to know Adkins etc. Good sign?

Big dilemma for Cortese

All New Saints signings are pictured in a Saints shirt

Our "New" Kit is hush hush ATM

So, will any new signing be shown in the buff ??

His right shoulder cuts out the 'S'...

So it actually says "Saint". Hmmmm... Conspiracy.

Calling one of the management team by his nickname shows a lack of respect to me. We could do without someone like that coming in.

Probably an improvement on whatever Puncheon called some of the management team.

John Terrys nickname, JT is ingenious.

They should all have names like the Gladiators from the show of the same name. "Trojan", "Wolf", "Cobra", "Hunter", "Rhino", "Saracen". And because there's loads of footballers and only a handful of Gladiators names, they can share the names by adding their team nickname at the end, like plent here do (eg Lee Saint) - so you'd have Rhino Saint (Jaidi) or Hunter Red Devil (Michael Carrick) or Wolf Cobbler (Abdul Osman)

That would be way cool.
