It's good to see the majority of people on here completely see that us doing no business this winter is a good thing. It shows that the club is comfortably with the squad as things stand, which is also what RH has said in his presser today.
He wasn't expecting major movement and the real business will happen in the summer when a few players enter their final year of their contracts.

If you go on the #saintsfc on Twitter, I'd say 90% of people say the same thing, the changes will happen this summer.

However, occasionally you come across some proper miserable people on there. One guy in particular stands out, who was livid we didn't shell out £40m on Dele Alli and pay his £100k a week wages, same with Jesse Lingard. You'd think the world was ending if you reads some of his tweets. 🙄
Looks a bit of a nutjob if you go into his profile 😂😂

It's complicated. (Apparently) Vitoria only ever owned 50% of Edwards' economic rights. Spurs still retain 50%. Sporting have only bought out Vitoria's stake. Were Edwards to move to a league that doesn't allow joint ownership (the Premier League, for example), the buying club would have to strike a deal with both the selling club and Spurs, doubling the cost.

Something like that, anyway. It's complicated.

Good little player - when he can be bothered.

Cheers qwertyell, I thought FIFA & UEFA abolished part ownership, so must of had it wrong!
