It seems that RM has laid down a very solid foundation in Rangers for them to develop and progress. They have just beaten Celtic twice in derby and  now have 7 consecutive wins.

Seems Leicester fans still have an over inflated expectation of what they were likely to achieve this season. Given how fucked they are financially it was always going to be a rough season for them, and flirting with the playoffs and a mid table finish should have been considered a success. The last thing they needed was a “vision” manager like Russ, trying to get that squad to produce Man City-esque possession based football and dominate the league. They needed a manager that would make them a shithouse side that are difficult to beat.

God know what Russ was thinking accepting that job, he could probably see the impending payoff headed his way.

I don't actually think they are doing that badly, they are dominating games and only 2 points off playoffs... not bad considering they are early in their martin ball journey and have a horrible / disjointed / imbalanced squad
