Martin Chivers? Eric Martin? Russell Osman? Martin Pahars? Aaron Martin?

Bit of a bias towards Martin, which is unfortunate, and a tough decision. I'm on the fence with this one.

I have an issue with the name Russell as it always makes me think of Russell Grant

Eric Martin for me,terrific goalkeeper.

Yep, agree. Eric gets my vote.

Loved his ‘studs up’ approach when coming out to collect a ball.

Osman is the only Russell I can think of playing for us. I was never a great fan, but he went up in my estimation on reading tabloid rumours that he knobbed Suzanne Dando in her prime.

spacer.pngRussell Watkinson for me. The contribution he made in the 96/97 season should never be overlooked, before leaving the club to have a successful career.

Add him to the "ones that got away" list.

I think this season we’d have been better off sending George RR Martin, Russell Crowe, Martin Brundle, Martina Hingis, a tramp who sleeps rough in Russell Square, Andre Russell, the ghosts of Martin Peters, MLK and Dean Martin, Russell Brand, a Martin Baker ejector seat and a Russell Hobbs blender out onto the pitch.

I doubt we would have gone down with Martin Chivers at CF

Martin was born in Southampton and must be one of the best players to be born in the City to play top class football

Who else would you suggest who was better

Semmens for me, after all the sacrifices he makes to support the team up and down the country.

I think that over time fans will come to realise his remarkable contribution to the cause.

Bless him, look at that youthful optimism.
