They still don't seem to exist anywhere to talk to. Their accounts on telegram aren't even there anymore, all deleted. I messaged the admin guy directly in the past, but his account now shows deleted.

They don't respond to emails or the like, so I don't think I'd risk sending a payment for a new month or 3..! Defo a good opportunity to look for a new provider, frustrating as it is as it was all pretty settled.

What I have found since searching over the last few weeks is that the offerings have improved, there is better out there than SaintsPlayer now for sure. I haven't really looked for years.

xtrememedia seems to work well on the trial.

May be worth it for 3 months.

Hopefully they're stable, or it may be back to that cycle of searching for a new one every month or two!

I've taken a one connection, for laptop, tv, Firestick, iPhones, uses Smarters, only the Firestick was a bit tricky. For Smarters just log out and log back in using provided data. The chat support was very good. Paid with Paypal.

SaintsPlayer back online, however I’ve also signed up to xtrememedia as a backup for a month. 
 

SP seem to be radio silent on email and Telegram which is a shame but happy that they’ve got the service back online, long may it continue.

Surprised to see that it is working again this morning. Shame they seem to be uncontactable, though as I will have no choice but to switch to another dodgy provider when my sub expires in September.

Service is still up, which I find odd as assumed it would have been shut down. Don’t suppose anyone has heard anything?

Renewal runs to March so will see if Saints games available but not counting on that as think it will need the admin to actually do something as majority won’t be on standard channels.

Anyone figured out how to get in touch with them? My renewal is next month. Service is clearly working and continuing to be updated so there must be a way to get hold of them. 

Just tried to ping the email address I had for them and it was undeliverable, bounced straight back. It's like they have purged all contact points. Must have been rumbled.

Tried xtrememedia for the 3 o clock games yesterday. Nowhere near as good as saintsplayer, lots of buffering for me. 
 

Any other alternatives to try?

I used it a bit yesterday to look at several Premier and Championship matches and all worked well on Smarters.

Strange. I’m using their own app on android tv, same as I always did with Saintsplayer. 
 

Video quality is good but constant buffering. Did a speed test and it’s horrific, despite having 900mbps fibre and no issues with the tv streaming 4k on Netflix, YouTube etc. 

Can’t work out why their app would be getting such slow speeds, only getting 20mbps speeds.

My SaintsPlayer subscription expired the other day, and that was that for me.

I have been using ExtremeMedia. This is decent, but not as good a saintsplayer (or what ever back end service SaintsPlayer connected us to)

Luckily my renewal goes through to March so will keep fingers crossed till then. When I did think it was gone for ever I signed up for a month on https://marinios.shop/. They don’t have their own player but recommended ibo pro. Stream quality was great but user interface not as good as SaintsPlayer.

Xtreme worked fine for me last week and their app is every bit as good as saintsplayer. 
 

Only issue for me now is they haven’t set up the Southampton channel properly (or Ipswich or Leicester) so have to watch with the other teams commentary.

No once your renewal had finished it's gone as you can't contact anyone and apparently payments made are rejected. The groups are still deleted on Telegram and I emailed them on an old email address I had but haven't heard back.

I've found an alternative I've set up for a few mates who's SP has expired which seems to be working okay, luckily my renewal goes to March so I'm good for the moment- as you say the player still works fine.

Hi, yes my Saintsplayer has stopped working with "Retry" on all 3 boxes. My renewal was also in Feb 26.

So, help please ! - which iptv services are coming out on top ??

I'm hoping that with the experience gained by those whose subs have expired during the last few months, there now might be a good shortlist to choose from.
