Mr X Posted 2 February, 2009 Share Posted 2 February, 2009 Not wanting to tempt fate obviously but.........Who will we rely on? I hope we haven't put all our eggs in one basket so to speak.
Big_Bald_Si Posted 2 February, 2009 Share Posted 2 February, 2009 Not really a "dilemma" as such - we'd just be a bit screwed!
Give it to Ron Posted 2 February, 2009 Share Posted 2 February, 2009 Paterson again, he will come good if given time. BWP or Euell or maybe our great loan signing Gasmi will play in the hole.

Saint Jimbo Posted 2 February, 2009 Share Posted 2 February, 2009 Clubs have until 7 days after the closure of the transfer window to sign players on loan, therefore surely we have a striker lined up!? We can't rely on saga to get all the goals and Mcgoaldraught certainly wont score enough to keep us up!! I was hoping Lupoli would sign, evidently not! Plus a loan signing would cut out the costs what are your views guys?

Saint Jimbo Posted 2 February, 2009 Share Posted 2 February, 2009 Problem is no club wants to loan out proven goalscorers especially not to help their opposition....... its just not the done thing Well im sure there's someone out there, why do you think norwich let lupoli join sheff utd, okay he's no proven goalscorer but has got 4 goals in 13apps. What about this 6'2 Wellerstedt from ifk goteborg? was that meant to be permanent or loan? On another note good to see that we have signed Centre-backs over 6ft! Saiejs and Liptak! we'll be unstoppable at set-plays! (hmmmm, or not)

spyinthesky Posted 2 February, 2009 Share Posted 2 February, 2009 Another possible dilemma Who plays RB if James unavailable? Personally I would consider Lancashire but without any degree of confidence.

Glasgow_Saint Posted 2 February, 2009 Share Posted 2 February, 2009 we should get Ashley Young from Villa - he's scoring loads of goals and playing really well this season - get him in Lowe FFS!
Micky Posted 2 February, 2009 Share Posted 2 February, 2009 Not really a "dilemma" as such - we'd just be a bit screwed! we're F*CKED Tend to agree with both of those - no Saga no goals. Not really a dilemma, more a case of 'relegation resignation', if it happens....!!!

It took bloody 6 million dollars to build him - we don't have two halfpennies to rub togeather, we'd struggle to build sh@ggin 'bill 'n ben'...!!!
