Sam Gallagher played really well - put in a proper shift -
MANE IS A JOKE We are never going to score. Goooaaaallll! Get the Fook in! Thanks Aziz, I appreciate the humour. Must be a foreign thing.

Three out of eight MOTD goal of the month contenders were scored against us. Pretty much sums February up. F*ck it. Let's move on.
-
This. Thank you. Off to the pub, and watching MOTD in the morning.

When Morgan's on his game, I'd say he was key. We just look so much less likely to lose. But we'll have to learn to live without him. -
Posting that photo was about as successful as Dejan Lovren taking a penalty. Ah well...

Viv? Vic... COYR

I know others have already risen to this, but are you f*cking serious? Maybe you're on a wind-up and I can't really be bothered to check your history but he's our best player by a country mile. Even when he was struggling in League One I thought he was mustard, and he just gets better and better. Should be fully 90mins game fit for West Brom and on - if we have him Viv and Toby firing on all cylinders hoepfully we'll give all the billy big bootses a run for their money.

Post-Match Reaction: SAINTS 0-2 Liverpool

Yeah - we'd have massively overpaid for the likes of Austin or Ings in the January window, but sometimes you have to speculate to accumulate - either one could have pushed us on into the top four. Long way to go, but it feels realistically like that's gone now. What else? - Why are we turning into Arsenal - a squad packed with attacking midfielders who want to walk the ball into the net? Shoot, for ****'s sake, shoot. Just occasionally. - Rodgers is an A class cvnt and it's really ****ing annoying to lose twice this season to Liverhampton. But at least Lovren looked sh1te. - Roll on the next game - and knowing this team we'll probably go and win at Chelsea too. - Still hoping for 5th but not sure we'll finish above 2 out of Manure, Spuds, and Pool. - Also means Morgan and Clyney will probably get prised away this summer - more rebuilding to come. - Still remember where we were a few years ago though. COYR -
Always wondered if the plan last summer was based on Reed - tell Morgan to get his head down for one more year and then he can go. Because we've got Harry coming through. He's not Schneiderlin yet, not by a long way. But he's a f'cking huge prospect.

Agree with a lot of what's been said: - Shouldn't have taken Harry off - left too much space there. A Shelvey goal was grimly inevitable. - Pelle did well trying to hold up the ball, chesting it off etc, but his problem seems to be positioning in the box. He was never in quite the right place. - We'll be a lot stronger when the three injured are back, and we should definitely try Elia and Mane each side of Pelle for a full ninety mins. But we really do need another striker. - I'm usually a glass-half-full fan when it comes to Saints, and we're still 4th for now, and we have plenty of winnable games to come. But this did feel like the weekend the stronger bigger squads laid down their markers for the rest of the season. We've only got one competition to focus on, and I still believe - but it's a big ask to stay in the top four from here on in. - Any kind of European place would be a massive achievement - and will go a long way in determining who stays and who goes in the summer. - Never dull being a Saints fan. Good grief - i didn't realise this was a linguistics class. Graziano's been excellent for us - just what we needed after SRL left. He's become an Italian international, he's in the top ten goalscorers in the league this season, and he gives it his all. Is he world class, like RVP and increasingly Costa? No, he's not. No-one said he was.

My brain won't go back a whole year, but my favourite December moment was Toby going ballistic when Big Vic lost Dann for Palace's consolation goal in our 3-1 win. We're 3-0 up, in the 86th minute, away, in the Premier League, and we f*cking hate messing anything up. We've arrived.
-
Sh1t game, sh1t penalty, sh1t goal, sh1t performance. Morgan out for three and a half games so far - 7 goals conceded, no points. That is key.
-
Ings so much more direct than our lot today ...
-
Made for Shane Long this game - get him on.
-
I thought the back four were as good as ever. Just one f*ck up by Fraser misjudging Agbonlahor's pace and tired legs/minds in the final third. But overall we were so much better than them it was laughable. Definitely needed a better option off the bench though.
-
Fair play to everyone who went. And to those who tried but didn't make it. I f'cking hate the M6.
-
Let's hope he doesn't nut Graziano in training.
-
Sublime from Mane. Lovely stuff.
-
I think Ospina dived way too early and Dusan had the composure to place it down the middle. Doubt if every penalty will look like that. (He'll still have to go some to be in Rickie/MLT territory though... )

Voted for Morgan in the MOM poll, but could easily have gone for Clyne, Gardos, Tadic or even Mane for looking so damn quick on his debut. Happy days.
