  1. We had almost double their chances. More clear cut chances. As the home team in the top 6 (now top 7), they're expected to have possession.
  2. I'm so angry I need a break
  3. I worry that mentally broke the team. Gut punching moments almost every week.
  4. To be fair they're different people
  5. What do we do now? That game should have been dead a buried.
  6. That is truly shocking. Speachless.
  7. I hate football. We had so many sitters.
  8. Stay strong Saints! You deserve to win!!
  9. Kill the f****** game!
  10. That's unbelievable.
  11. Stephens has been fine but he ALWAYS has that moment. He was far too far up the pitch for their goal. I suppose this is what happens when you don't play an experienced CB.
  12. We haven't been **** so that's an improvement. Still loads of silly errors and Stephens caught out of position for their goal. CB has to be an absolute priority (has been for the last 2 years).
  13. Stephens!!!
  14. Every derby win (of which there are many) is so satisfying I'd take a 9-0 battering no problem.
  15. Of course they won. I'm starting to ask myself why I let myself believe anything else could happen.
  16. I have no issue with him. He's not harming anybody and it's nice to see someone actually enjoying themselves tbh
  17. This is a must not lose by a margin greater than 3 goals match.
  18. You're right. If someone called me an "Englishman" I'd be furious.
  19. New 11 players please.
  20. I'm sure he's a very competent manager but he doesn't have the players to play the system he wants. Unless he's willing to accept that and change things, what's the point of him being here?
  21. I can't believe I was naive enough to think this season would be different
  22. I vividly remember the day we signed Shane Long. I was in a caravan park in Wales. Good times.
  23. Honestly, I'm not sure. We're going back at least 60 years here for both clubs. It has a stronger association with us and obviously we sing the original lyrics so our claim to it is pretty strong. What's more important is how well you sing it. I like the slow version, it creates an almost cathedral like atmosphere that fits in well with the whole 'Saints' image but I definitely prefer the fast version which we've become pretty **** at. Once we move onto the higher tempo version, everyone claps at 200bpm and the song gets lost. I'd also like to point out how embarrassing it is when we shout "we sing our own songs" given that we don't. Perhaps, "you got the words wrong" would be more suitable?
  24. We'll probably end up recruiting internally.
