I just want us to buy Honved. Or maybe Dukla Prague.

I heard they all said he was world class

The "periphery of it" basically means people on this forum shitting themselves about improbable results. We were effectively safe by the end of Feb. At one point someone on here did a "forecast" of Burnley finishing on 44 points. I agree that it doesn't look great for next season. If not much changes we are bottom four easy.
-
Stupid comment. We've got 40 points.
-
Us and the three promoted teams are your relegation candidates next season.

Interesting piece in The Athletic talking about how little things change on the final day, across the league title, the CL spots and the relegation places. For the last ten seasons in a row absolutely nothing significant has changed on the final day. If you're in the relegation places in the morning of the last day you're down, ditto top four, ditto title. Going back further its incredibly rare for anything meaningful to happen. Article picks out our relegation in 2004-5 as a rare day when things moved around on the day and changed for Norwich/WBA/Us. Yes but on the other hand, they've got a brilliant selection of tea towels in the club shop now.

If we scrape a one-one, make sure you all get on the pitch lads

The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

I recognise the name, I think on the ERG end of the Tories. But yeah, apart from that no idea. He's probably going to be famous soon. -
Remember this is our Champions League final are we are, like, so up for it. Ralph said.
-
Depressing team line up. Good luck lads.
-
Ha ha ha. Only just saw this. God bless you Ralph but we're going to get fucking battered.
-
Turns out those shit teams at the bottom aren't quite the relentless winning machines some thought they were.
-
Only what has been said before. Plus a link to us signing an exciting young goalie from Manchester City. Something that can't possibly go wrong.

I've answered all the questions. As I've said, we live in a constitutional democracy. The constitution can be changed through democratic means. There is nowhere near enough any appetite for that change. If there was there would be democratic activity to drive that change. Those are the facts. Twat on and on about fucking warlords as much as you like, it doesn't make you correct.
-
Petty insults like using the death of a baby to make cheap jokes?
-
Mainly what I think is you are an utter prick. Why don't you go back to doing clever-clever jokes about dead babies.
-
We live in a full, constitutional democracy. If the British people want to change it they simply vote in a party to do just that. Just because you don't like it doesn't change that fact.
-
So you can't show me. Thanks for clarifying. We live in a Democracy where if a political party wanted to stand on an anti monarchy ticket they can, and people can vote for them. There's nowhere near enough appetite for that in this country, hence why our main democratic parties do not include it in their manifestos. Funny really, you were quite happy to do the glib "well, if people don't like a particular president they can vote to kick them out" routine. By exactly the same process of people "voting to kick out" your fictional President, the exact same people can "vote in" a party pledging to bin the monarchy. Easy. Actual, living Democracy is a right bitch, ain't it?
-
You'll have to point me in the direction of the democratic mandate achieved by a political party with a manifesto pledge to dismantle the current system.

I'm not sure if you are thick or just on a massive wind-up. When you get to the end of Feb with 32 points on the board, you're safe. At that time most people on here were talking about top half or maybe Europe. It's not got anything to do with the Leicester or Arsenal games in particular. Its to do with all the games left from March onwards. Enough games to get the points required to stay up. There's a world of difference between getting 32 points in Feb and 32 points at the end of April as Burnley/Leeds eventually did. I know you are never, ever going to understand this but you can't blame a girl for trying.
-
Burnley getting two more points relegates us how? What are you on about. Also I don't see anyone saying we've "been safe all year". I specifically said we were safe at the end of February, which we were.
-
I've heard that she thinks you are an utter twat.
-
We were safe at the end of Feb, after the Norwich match. Nicely over 30 points by the end of Feb is safety. 32. At that point you are staying up. I accept it might not be good enough for nutcases that simultaneously think we will go on 12 straight defeat losing runs while at the exact same moment convince themselves that shit teams with far worse records than us will go on breathtaking Champions League standard winning runs. But it was good enough for anyone with half a brain. We've been safe since before Feb was out.
