Being that Blair would have only needed to switch less than a million people then yes pretty do-able. I'm not sure if you remember the 2016 referendum but it was quite a close run thing. Blair was a shrewd enough politician to never hold a referendum on the Euro. He would have known he wouldn't win it. And he'd have been right. No idea why completely separate political parties should all join together and create a "cohesive strategy" just so it delivers the thing that you happen to want.
