Being that Blair would have only needed to switch less than a million people then yes pretty do-able. I'm not sure if you remember the 2016 referendum but it was quite a close run thing. Blair was a shrewd enough politician to never hold a referendum on the Euro. He would have known he wouldn't win it. And he'd have been right. It's a completely different question, slightly perplexing that you can't even grasp that.

No idea why completely separate political parties should all join together and create a "cohesive strategy" just so it delivers the thing that you happen to want. Jo Swinson didn't have a great campaign but she was spot on about the Labour leadership, as her views were echoed by voters all across the land. Of course Michael Howard began the turnaround in fortunes for the Conservatives eating into Blairs majority and he returned to the commons with 30 odd more seats than they started with.
