  1. I thought we'd get a point.
  2. Sh it team and absolutely no chance of anything other than a humiliating defeat. Not just a loss but a complete and abject humiliation that will be remembered through the ages.
  3. Labour leave-supporters are falling over themselves to support the deal. It's going through no problem. And those Labour MPs have sealed the fate of Corbyn. Labour facilitating Brexit is a simultaneously a gift for the Conservatives (Boris delivers Brexit and takes all the credit) and a gift for the Lib Dems (Labour delivered Brexit and take all the blame). So that's something.
  4. That would have been true for May's deal as well. Transition periods tend to, you know, end.
  5. Indeed. Let's see how that plays out, especially with those who think that Brexit will be over and done with on November 1st.
  6. Now Corbyn has bottled out of even trying to attach a second referendum to the deal I have reached the point where I think it might as well get voted through now. And it will, if only by a couple of votes. Wouldn't surprise me if the DUP abstained which would pretty much seal it. Will be a fascinating two or three years ahead.
  7. You've got to love those cheeky anti-abortionist religious fundamentalist little scamps.
  8. Yes, you're right. We could be signing up to a deal very similar to something rejected by Remainer-in-chief gutless dreadful negotiator Theresa May. We're really sticking it to Johnny Foreigner now.
  9. So is Boris about to sign up to a deal that is remarkably similar to the proposal that caused him to resign from Theresa May's government 18 months ago?
  10. Even the likes of Steve Baker is talking up the fact that he wants a deal and always wanted a deal honest he did. Gobble, gobble, yum yum yum.
  11. Anyone who watches YouTube highlights videos of a central defender is an effing weirdo in my opinion. In fairness I only get to about twelve seconds in on videos of strikers before drifting off to Pornhub so let's just say all player Youtubes.
  12. It's only Carillo that looked obviously dodgy mainly because of his record of not ever actually scoring any goals in professional football matches. Vestergaard and Elyounoussi both looked like classic Saints signings (in a good way) at the time.
  13. Well, in this case all The Guardian have done is write up Tim Shipman's report from today's Sunday Times. Shipman has excellent contacts in the Tory party and in government as illustrated by his two outstanding books on the political carnage of of 2016 and 2017. And if you follow him on Twitter you'd know that he is pretty bloody leave-y. So yeah, nice one, he's not impartial, well spotted. Just the exact opposite of the frigging Guardian. Shurlock has already dealt with your laughable "we can move on" bollo cks so I wont bother.
  14. You're aiming anti-Corbyn taunts at me now? You're a special kind of genius.
  15. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2019/oct/13/boris-johnson-to-press-eu-leaders-over-brexit-deal-report?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Tapatalk_Pro Guided Missile seems to have missed off 2. Boris cra ps his pants and crawls back to EU begging for their help to get him out of this mess from his list.
  16. What's great is them buying strikers for two million pounds in the summer and then not getting anywhere near promotion is all accounted for in their business plan and definitely won't lead to any sustainability issues later on down the line.
  17. A bit of lipstick on May's pig, and the ERG will gobble it up a) because its Boris and b) they know the whole could slip away. And also they never gave two shi ny sh its about Ireland in the first place. The Brexiteers are so desperate for their "I'm having my cold glass of champagne" moment and to stop any Remainer gloating that they will back anything that feels like a win. And celebrate it like a win. If Boris comes back with NI in the Customs Union (the EU suggestion in the first place) he will then have to dare Peter Bone and Marc Francois and that Welsh one to vote it through. Those swivels can't keep blaming Parliament, claiming the 17m for themselves and then still refuse to vote for a deal. Maybe, just maybe, it ws the ERG that Boris and Cummings were playing all along? After all, Cummings can't stand the lot of them. Boris has marched them all to the top of the hill. What now, lads?
  18. Ken Clarke and the assorted Tory rebels are not mad enough to let the cretin anywhere near Downing Street in any circumstances. They are the critical players in this issue. It doesn't stop the swivel-eyed magic Grandpa disciples from blaming it all on Swinson and the Lib Dems though.
  19. Carlos Carvalhal.
  20. Cheerio.
  21. Che Adams is on so that means goals goals goals.
  22. Boufal is going to fu cking rip them apart.
  23. Would have liked to see Boufal but generally happy with that team.
  24. That will be because he is utter dogsh it.
  25. Jesus wept.
