It's been nothing short of a miracle. It will be a sorry state of affairs if one of the three keepers called up to the England world cup squad is a back up keeper for a middle sized Prem club.

Also, the uncharted territory of Thursday - Sunday plus the extra games and distraction of the EL is going to be a huge factor. If that knocks us back a place or two then I wouldn't be surprised.
