  1. Italy's most successful club of the 20th century,[23] and the most successful club in the history of Italian football,[21] Juventus have won the Italian League Championship, the country's premier football club competition and organised by Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A (LNPA), a record 31 times and have the record of consecutive triumphs in that tournament (five, between 1930–31 and 1934–35).[39] They have also won the Italian Cup, the country's primary cup competition, a record ten times, and becoming the first team to retain the trophy successfully with their triumph in the 1959–60 season.[83] In addition, the club holds the joint-record for Italian Super Cup wins with six, along with AC Milan, the most recent coming in 2013. Overall, Juventus have won 58 official competitions, more than any other team in the country: 47 domestic trophies, which is also a record, and 11 official international competitions,[84] making them, in the latter case, the second most successful Italian club in European competition.[85] The club is fourth in Europe and eighth in the world with the most international titles won officially recognised by their respective association football confederation and Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). That's broadly comparable to our FA Cup win in 1976, I'd say.
  2. I think they got in the Champions League final recently.
  3. LOL. Poor old SOGGY getting a right pasting.
  4. This initiative will not enable us to "compete at the highest level". FFS.
  5. Box of frogs.
  6. Would be interested to know which away games you've not been able to get tickets for, because I (as a non-regular) have and plenty of away matches have made it to general sale. I'll avoid saying the majority have made general sale but I'd like to see the facts. It's a lot.
  7. We'll all sit cross-legged on the floor in a circle while you regale us with stories from your time at Nicola Cortese's right hand side. You're, like, so in the know and I for one am really jealous and stuff.
  8. In fairness you're not trying to pretend. You're just pretending.
  9. He did a great job for us in the lower divisions. Completely unproven in the top flight.
  10. It looks like the going rate, if somethinglike this has one. You could spend £5m of your advertising pot in a more effective way than this. But this isn't really about advertising basics: Emirates are on a mission to completely normalise/ingratiate themselves into British society, especially the upper end of it. So their investment in this and involvement in world sailing all part of that. So a good deal all round.
  11. No one thought he was the new messiah. Lots of people think you're a dinlow. And simply delightful advice from you for people to "move on" when on this forum you pretty much only ever post about Adkins and never, ever miss a mention of his name without launching into your standard issue drivel. Let's see if you can "move on". I bet you fu cking can't.
  12. That's what Milan thought in 2005. By 2230 they'd lost it on penalties.
  13. Another angle on what? I have all the angles I need to prove you are rather dim, but we'll done on serving up another one. Educated debate ahoy.
  14. This. You are mental.
  15. When did Celtic go a long way?
  16. Well, yeah. Occasionally smaller clubs do it. Not quite the same as winning the Champions League.
  17. This qualifies as "educated debated" does it? A Ronnie Moore shaped strawman. Great stuff.
  18. Neither of those things will happen.
  19. It's always nice when all I need to do is repeat exactly the same post twice in succession. Here you go, again. Have another think.
  20. The fact you can't see the relevance that you can only come up with two names proves what a sap you are.
  21. You're so "educated" you can't spell the name of a very well known figure in the English game. And so "educated" you think a list is now two names, whose achievements are about twenty years apart. Conclusive stuff. It's an experience having such an educated debate with someone so awfully clever.
  22. So an "educated debate" is you providing a list containing one name? One name. A list. Them educated people am so clever ain't they?
  23. There were Spurs ITKs saying this sh ite in the last two windows. Laughable.
  24. Here's your original quote. So this quote is about all other clubs except Saints is it? "Me, I want every English club to lose every European game they play in". So if Leicester win the FA Cup and Swansea have a miracle season and finish fourth and get CL you'd still want them to lose every European match they play? Wanting "all of them" to lose all European matches is jealously on a ridiculously bitter scale. Weird. Anyway, it's fine if you are that jealously bitter but not sure it supports any kind of point you're making about Schneiderlin leaving and how it is somehow the fault of "the Sky generation" whoever the fu ck that is. If we finished 7th five years in a row that would be pretty effing dandy, actually. Especially with a few Europa adventures in, plus chuck in a cup final or two too. Tell you what, I'll thoroughly enjoy that prospect. Love it in fact. Love it. You enjoy screaming at the TV whenever Arsenal dare to win an Champions League group match and getting all upset that we won't be in it ourselves because "the Sky generation" are to blame or something. Meanwhile I'll enjoy Saints attempting to deliver the plan that the management have put in place. It's going great. Try and enjoy it without that jealousy eating you up.
  25. He was asking about the story he quoted. Fu cking obviously.
