The tickets were on sale to season ticket holders, you booked one and were asked to pay the price, which I assume you did by credit card, and then it said "order complete", or similar. Thats it, contract complete, they owe you the promised ticket. The phone call is a post-contract attempt to apply new terms, so they are relying on your voluntary compliance. What a farce
