David Prutton was sent off for a wreckless lunge at Robert Pires (second yellow) in a 1-1 home draw with Arsenal. He then proceeded to push Alan Wiley and get a ban for 10 games and a fine for £6,000. I think this had an impact on the rest of the season and our relegation from the top flight. In this game I seem to remember Arsenal putting the ball in the net in injury time, to what I and many others thought was another late conceded goal, only to see the assistants flag up!

It has always been about the top 6 and for me. Either Spurs or Man U need to finish below us to manage this. Man City Chelsea Arsenal Liverpool Then 2 of 3 including us, Spurs and Man U. It is no disgrace to come up short. He have been great all season, but we are clearly running out of legs/sharpness in front of goal. This is all it takes, to be a little bit off the pace and that extra edge in front of goal, has gone. This is what is happening to us currently.
