Really?? I thought you were about 13!

While I'm on the subject, ones that do irritate me and that are used frequently are: - Aim for the low hanging fruit - The biggest bang for the buck - Triage it (!!) - It isn't rocket science (no, clearly it's f**king not, dinlo) That's a few, I'm sure I'll think of more to annoy myself.

Nothing wrong with close of play - close of business is better. I use it when demanding deliverables, i.e. "I'd like that back by COB Tues xxth". It works for me. Equally, nothing wrong with proactive. It just means doing/anticipating something before it happens really. I don't want people who are reactive, i.e. sit on their backsides waiting for whatever it is to happen and then be told. Those are 2 very useful words. DSM - you're boring.

Alezan leather, got to get the terminology right ;-) The volt meter is a gimmick, or so I thought until my alternator started dying. From memory they normally read around 12.5v, that day mine was hovering around 5v. I had the sound system on loudly (that is a big, powerful, battery sucking subwoofer), lights on, wipers on, drained the battery more and more, the volt meter eventually read 0 and the car died

Sunset orange? GT pack? (Bose, leather etc) Sat nav? Rays alloys?

Have owned 3: 53 plate GT, 276 bhp 54 plate GT, 290 bhp 58 plate GT, 313 bhp By far the pick of the bunch is the last model (313 bhp - with the bulge on the bonnet). It has a longer rev range, is quicker (obviously), sounds more meaty, but above all else; is far better built than the early models. The interior is more solid and feels nicer to the touch. They aren't as cheap to run as you may think, I had over the history of all 3: Tyres; £300odd each Front brake discs; £750 Alternator died on the 53 plate - Nissan wanted £1450+vat, but I sourced one via the owner's club and did it for £400 Something to do with the cooling system also died on the 53 plate - Nissan wanted almost a grand again. So I gave them some cash and got the 54 plate on their forecourt With the newer one, the car tax was £405/year I averaged 19 mpg - and you really need to put in 98 or 99 octane to keep the engine in best running order. Anything less makes it all lumpy and unresponsive (I did actually average 30.1 mpg on a late night drive to Birmingham once from Basingstoke. Drove at 60 mph all the way not going above 2k rpm. Not much fun!) So yes, absolutely amazing cars, I got rid of the last one last Jan. Got fed up with not being able to drive it in the snow, the cost of car tax and the mpg. Got a Qashqai instead ...

Why do you care if you're "banned" from using a forum? Who cares, life is too short and there is too much else to be concerned with!! My 3 posts used up, ah well, chat in a few months.

God, it's all a bit f*cking serious this forum business, isn't it?? *sigh, eye rolly thing etc*

They must be the best dressed fans in the country! Turkish would be pleased.

Markus Liebherr RIP. All tributes here please.
Patrick Bateman replied to camdijk's topic in Golden Posts
Absolutely stunned - someone just told me at work, so thought I'd log in to register my tribute to Markus. A good man who secured the future of our football club when we thought we wouldn't have one and who has laid the foundations to future success. Hopefully someone will continue his legacy and hopefully the players (and fans!) can lift the club to the Championship this season in his honour. -
Absolutely no help, but why on earth write ANYTHING on Facebook? It is the public domain, just as this is. Also, Facebook and Twitter (and indeed most forums) are sh*t anyway.

It is quite amusing - and yes she is decent looking, carry on grovelling fellas, it's funny ...

You total f**king ignoramous. Do you know how "easy" teaching is?? The majority of the teachers I know are very very driven, have stacks of motivation and have wanted to do it since a very young age. My other half is a teacher as I've said, of a very large Primary school that has just obtained 'Outstanding' by Oftsed. You do not contribute to an 'Outstanding' school with a lack of drive, motivation or skill, especially in the school senior management such as she is.

Knew Malc as well, RIP mate.

No, they sound awful. However I see some of the SmS wig-wearers loving the idea, gah!

"Millwall £368 8 months. 19.9% Interest" Or would you rather SFC offered something TOTALLY unreasonable like 19.9% interest rate? That's criminal! I got a u-switch spam e-mail detailing credit cards and loans for 7.9% ... !!

As nice as it does look, it's still a Peugot, so will fall to pieces. I will never own another French car again.

Agree, my little brother has just got himself a new 123d M Sport Coupe. Lovely car, good performance and 60mpg (ish), good stuff!

Biker clocked riding at 140 mph in Kent
Patrick Bateman replied to .comsaint's topic in Motoring Forum
Ridiculous, purely because he "only" got up to mid 90s in speed and slowed down. Think he thought he was either being followed or the guy wanted a race, so he slows down to let the guy go. The guy doesn't go, so he gets fed up and floors it. Surely that's provocation and entrapment!?!? -
The lads who got nicked at P*mpey...
Patrick Bateman replied to StuRomseySaint's topic in The Saints
But that's a BMW dealer - they are masters of eliciting more money from you. As said, main dealer for a complete wing mirror VW on a Mk6 Golf, which is about 6 months old ... we were charged £17.90 for the casing, indicator housing and wiring. The car in the report was a Ford Focus, I can't imagine that costing much more - hence the "bill for repair" seems ludicrous. -

No they aren't. My girlfriend has just replaced the wing mirror (with an indicator built in) for £17.90 on her 6 month old Mk6 Golf. -
Why is everything you write completely pointless, stupid, sarcastic and a waste of typing energy?
