  1. Absolutely brilliant, you're wasted on here!!
  2. God, you're so annoying, wish I still had you on ignore. I'm off to polish my furniture.
  3. Who is it, out of interest? As a Conservative voter (traditionally), I've refused to vote for my local MP as he's a traditional old school Tory, the type I can't stand (James Arbuthnot). But he's stood down thankfully and the new kid on the block seems like a modern thinker, I have much like (http://www.tellranil.com/)!
  4. I can't argue with that, nor your previous point about different demographics and socioeconomic upbringings.
  5. How awful!
  6. They must be more clever than I am, genuinely, as I don't understand half the stuff he writes. I'm being semi-facetious, but maybe I am thick, because I just don't understand his random ranting about how terrible everything is.
  7. Ah come on, you don't really believe that do you? We were all young and wanting to change the world once, then we grew up and realised that actually, it's not a bad place, certainly not this country anyway! The guy is a helmet and a massive hypocrite, can't stand him.
  8. At least you're honest about it!!
  9. It's exactly the sort of name that'll make a comeback. Good, solid names. Look at all the boys names that have made a comeback, all solid, "proper" names.
  10. Jesus, you're not watching that guff are you? Bung Alien on.
  11. Brand is a massive c*ck. Nothing more to say than that really, that's my entire input to this thread.
  12. Exactly this! I did that stretch from 1993-1995 when I had to go down to the office in Cosham daily, the sun was horrendous both ways, made even worse by the rain. Hideous bit of motorway.
  13. Love the fact you're still getting worked up by a forum name, who isn't even posting
  14. Only one I'd quibble with is West Brom, but hey ho, generally I agree!
  15. Nice, well crack open the next bottle!
  16. We can close the thread with this.
  17. Are you okay? You seem quite, well, panicky?
  18. Okay, that's my point. On our roads, who notices understeer/oversteer? Genuinely? More often than not we're sat in traffic, following bikes round bends, stopping at traffic lights, bouncing over potholes etc etc etc. These reviews are just a little pointless in this country - the average person 1) wouldn't know what understeer was and 2) wouldn't experience it.
  19. Why doesn't that surprise me?
  20. James May is probably the best out of all of them - I find the guy hilarious and he's pretty switched on as well.
  21. Nicely put, I can't come back from that
  22. Please point out how I have been ironic?
  23. I just find the whole thread a bit odd, the first post was amusing, but it's just become a rather weird, obsessive thread about a forum name being used by a person most people on the thread haven't met. And Sue, personally I don't see what harm a forum name has come to either, but hey ho, you crack on!
  24. Thing is, I don't really know anyone who bothered by a boring review anyway, most people are loyal(ish) to certain brands and wouldn't touch other brands. My current cars, one I bought new in June and the other new in October. I didn't read any reviews, I just went to drive them and liked them and then bought. I honestly suspect that's the same for most people who buy a car? I might be wrong though, some people may be swayed as to whether one boring looking car is marginally better than another boring looking car. And let's be honest, unless you're buying some ridiculously priced car, they are all pretty dull to look at and pretty much the same to drive now.
