  1. He's crap. But not as crap as Dzeko.
  2. Really!?!?? "eeeeehhhhh, yeh Graz, go to Liverpooooooool, it's great lad, you can sit on the bench and watch while they play Bor-f**king-ini and Ballo-f**king-telli"
  3. "this"
  4. A* Ted Bates, obviously. Also, Luggy a C? Seriously??
  5. Jesus christ, what the hell has saying "religion is out-dated" got to do with being tolerant? No one is saying people can't be "religious" - stop trying to create arguments out of nothing, it's boring.
  6. To be fair, my parents still moan at me for blaspheming when I say "Christ!" (or similar) in exclamation to something ... I then moan at them for being out-dated. They haven't shot me yet though.
  7. Probably that religion as a whole is out-dated and that particular religion is stuck so far in the past it still has a vast majority of oppressive loonies following. It's about time we stopped pandering and faced the facts.
  8. No, it's obvious, Dzeko isn't good enough for Saints, clearly. We should be looking to get Messi on loan to help kick start his goal scoring again. FFS.
  9. And because of that, it's becoming largely irrelevant as a 'tool'. Unfortunately, those of a low IQ and some media outlets, still seem to lap up the utter guff that people write on there and pass off as fact.
  10. Nothing to do with being Islamaphobic (is that a word?), but why are there such an intolerant amount of them, committing obscene acts for something so ridiculous? FFS, someone drew a f**king cartoon, it's ridiculous.
  11. Works both ways though doesn't it? I mean, if I were a 20 year old bloke, I wouldn't want to marry a 60 year old woman. But if I were a 60 year old man and a 20 year old woman was interested ... well, why not?
  12. Whoever it is has done a great job of getting attention with their drivel
  13. I saw her once, she was fantastic. We were in our little comedy club we used to go to in Bournemouth when I lived there, underneath some dodgy pub in Boscombe. The "star act" (who was really just the 3rd comedian of the night) failed to turn up. We carried on drinking and about an hour later, the guy who ran the club pulled a few favours in and Hattie Hayridge turned up - she'd been in a live show at the BIC and stopped by to give a very very funny stand-up performance to about 100 absolutely off our faces punters. Full marks! Would definitely see her again given the chance.
  14. Protected? Jesus christ. I'm all for protecting buildings, but these are ridiculous steal frames that take up loads of room and offer no 'value'. In a time when we need to clear brownfield sites to build more and more housing, we shouldn't be protecting this guff. Knock it all down, do something useful with the space ... and I don't mean another bloody 300 screen cinema.
  15. Lee Mack is a good shout, forgot about him - I saw him live in Hull Uni in, er, 1997 I think - my memory is obviously hazy, but I do remember he was brilliant. Still amuses me now on TV. Edit (I like him even more now); Upon leaving school, Mack worked in a bingo hall and as a stable boy. After working at the stable of racehorse trainer Ginger McCain in Southport for three days, he asked if he could ride one of the horses, to which the trainer agreed. Without realising, Mack then chose Red Rum as the first horse he'd ever ridden.[2][6] Mack then became a blue coat for Pontins at Hemsby near Great Yarmouth.[2] After appearing on stage drunk one night, and calling an audience member a "c*nt", he was sacked from the Hemsby team, and did six months at Pontins in Morecambe.[2]
  16. That's hilarious!! You'll Neeeeeever Win, again.
  17. Oh, one comedian I used to hate, with a passion is Jo Brand. But when she appears on panel shows now, she's actually quite funny.
  18. Was that a tasty press rumour that I missed, or have you just made it up?
  19. Boring FA Cup all round so far this year, shame.
  20. Hopefully it's not just a piece of lazy (easy?) journalism and if true, we should be busting the bank to get him to sign up.
  21. No, because he doesn't want to play for us ...
  22. Agree with this - that bridge has been a safety hazard for years and has got worse. Also agree that it needs repainting! Given it runs over a railway line, I'm not sure why they couldn't just make it considerably wider, but I'm sure there's a reason!?
  23. I actually think a lot of the best comedians aren't on TV. I used to go to comedy clubs pretty much every week and have seen some very very funny comedians live that will never make it on TV for whatever reason, I have also seen some horrendous dross too. I don't get the BBC's love for Miranda and Mrs Brown's Boys as shows and I can't stand most "TV comedians". I can't stand most of them, including Stewart Lee; just boring political drivel. I do like Sean Lock though, him, Peter Kay and Jack Dee are the funniest big names I've seen live, by a long way. Oh and Greg Davies is worthy of a mention too as a stand-up - just not his weird TV shows.
  24. Come on, get a grip, it's hardly the worst thing to do in the world, is it?
