I've every sympathy for people with mental health problems such as Rose : https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/jun/06/danny-rose-tells-family-not-travel-world-cup-player-racism-fears-abuse-england-football-team
I'm just not sure how much he's now recovered (from physical injury too) and whether throwing him into the cauldron of a World Cup in a less than sympathetic environment is the right thing to do.
I was thinking more bull elephant s**t..
Isn't Heisenberg keen on a bet too (although amazingly he only talks about winners)? You two should swap notes.
I know, he did it _every_ time. If I can manage to cross with both feet in the second bottom tier of women's football surely a top professional should be able to manage?
Passing Havant and Waterlooville's ground in the week I noticed they have a pre-season friendly against Pompey. I rather fancy H&W to win, and if it wasn't clashing with an event for my club it might have been fun to wander along and see just how bad they are.
I hope we try and take care of our youngsters leaving. The fact that Will Wood signed for Accrington immediately shows that none of all this will have been a surprise to the players and there's obviously been talking behind the scenes to allow it to happen so quickly. Hopefully they've learnt good habits at Saints that will stand them in good stead later in their careers.
Well, our keeper Laura wouldn't have let in those two goals although she probably wouldn't have held and just parried the second. It would keep our genuine grass roots club in funds for centuries!
This is about it for me. Looked a bit like a judo throw from where I was. But looking at their pedestrian midfield and how few passes they made in comparison to RM it's hardly surprising. More surprising is the position they managed in the league.
You remind me of the humanity of Phil Neville at the recent women's international at St. Mary's when the Welsh forward went down with bad cramp just in front of him and he rushed on to the pitch to stretch her leg. The ref told him off (with a smile), but it was an entirely natural response and not done for the cameras.
