  1. Of course it was terrorism. His white supremacy beliefs were a direct cause to what happened, just like when Islamic extremists do the same thing Islam is a direct cause.
  2. No reason why he can't play.
  3. Agree, but I can't see where there is much to be made. Whilst we have made good money on player trading it is a bit of a lottery. Merchandise - not much scope there, tickets - pretty near the ceiling there. Footballing wise - not much further we can go without massive investment. My Only guess is that if Lander are in the stadium building business they see potential in addding value that way?
  4. I'm pretty sure you couldn't secure a £210m debt on Saints anyway, if we get relegated we will be worth a fraction of that.
  5. I think we are all prepared to give them a chance but are right to be sceptical given what happened to that shower of ****e down the road and numerous other clubs. I'd like to think that Kat has carefully chosen who she thinks is the best custodian of the club going forward but we all live in the real world and it's naive to think she has done anything else but cash in her chips. It's pointless worrying about it though because there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. For all we know these new owners might have some obscenely rich sugar daddy lined up somewhere in China.
  6. Suspect named as a 20 year old Moroccan. Must not jump to conclusions about possible motive/religion etc tho, that would be prejudiced.
  7. Problem is if the debt gets passed onto the club and we get relegated it's pop time again.
  8. Could this end up like the Glaziers' purchase of Man U when the loan is transferred immediately to the club?
  9. To be fair, I doubt the Guardian is the best paper for a balanced view. for example: "Some of the people trapped around the statue responded with fists and pepper spray, but their actions, and their posture, was entirely defensive from the start. The “alt-right”, on the other hand, came prepared for violence" So the alt right came "prepared for violence" whilst the alt left just brought their own cans of pepper spray. IMO they should have just left the right wing nut jobs alone to have their march and shout their crap. people like the KKK are just clowns, the overwhelming majority in the States will never take them seriously. I don't even get how people in 2017 can seriously think a certain race is superior to everyone else, especially when the people claiming to be superior are all thick, ugly losers with dodgy facial hair.
  10. He won Man of the match on Sunday against Sunderland as well.
  11. Forster Cedric, Yoshida, Van Dyke, Bertrand Romeu, Lemina Tadic, Davis, Redmond Gabbiadini
  12. He'll be alright, he's been training. He's been on the verge of being made the Worlds most expensive defender and playing Champions League football, I doubt he's been sat around the house eating pizza all day.
  13. Great news that he is staying, I would start him Saturday.
  14. You have no idea wether Marcus would have wanted to sell Van Dyke or not so stop talking ******.
  15. Our centre back is worth over ten times the value of their whole club.
  16. It's fair to say it couldn't have gone any better since that dark summer in administration- thanks Leibherrs.
  17. That was just a Cortese head fart.
  18. To be fair, you don't have the slightest clue wether that is true or not. I'm glad it's all sorted out, think it's a good sign that Kat has kept 20% - could mean that she's expecting progression.
  19. Would love it. Wages shouldn't be an issue if we flog Van Dyke.
  20. Some nazi nut job, I'm pretty sure he comes under the umbrella of violent people that Trump condemned. You know, who he condemned.
  21. Just using Corbyn as an example. Neither said anything wrong, just worded it in a way to wind up their opposition and curry favour with elements of their support. Trump condemned all violence which included the far right, he did single out one side because both were being violent.
  22. Storm in a tea cup. No difference to Corbyn saying he condemns all violence when asked to condem the IRA. They both do it for the same reason, to wind up their opponents.
  23. "The president said very strongly in his statement yesterday that he condemns all forms of violence, bigotry and hatred. Of course that includes white supremacists, KKK, neo-Nazi and all extremist groups" Not sure what all the fuss about Trump is, the statement is crystal clear. Just typical anti Trump morons looking for any excuse to have a go. I'm no fan of Trump at all, the guys an idiot. But the way the media jump on everything and twist stuff to their agenda just annoys me.
  24. It is certainly an opportunity, however it never seems to work like that for Saints, especially as we have never won a opening game at home in the Prem. The season we got relegated I think we lost a lot of easy home games which gave us a mountain to climb by the time we sorted our **** out, so it can work both ways.
  25. I'm no supporter of the North Korean regime but from their point of view the US (who has a big history of invading other countries) is seen as a threat so whatever their human rights abuses they will see having nuclear weopons as essential for their defence. Given that the devided Korea is a product of the Cold War, and that US led sanctions has caused massive suffering to their people you can understand their hostility. North Korea are going to end up with nukes sooner or later so maybe the best plan is to not give them a reason to want to use them. I can't see the point in pushing them into a corner, you can only push so far until they have nothing to lose by going to war.
