Isn't it upto the administrator to decide who is best placed to take the company forward and pay off the debts? Surely if the fans make is blatantly clear that income would be significantly reduced should Lowe and Wilde own the club, the administrator would have to favour a rival bid? Plus they are both proven failures. How can any creditors possibly be in favour of Relegation Rupert, especially if crowds/income is halved? The administrator wont care if it's Genghis Khan or Mother Theresa, but surely it must care about the company's future income?

Can we use season ticket renewals to oust Lowe?
aintforever replied to SaintBobby's topic in The Saints
I think all the Season Ticket holders should fill out the renewal forms in full and just send them back with "Please contact me when Lowe and Wilde are no longer connected in any way to the club" writen in the payment details section. -
why buy saints when you could get a prem club for a snip?
aintforever replied to lordswoodsaints's topic in The Saints
Saints is in the situation where if it was owned outright by someone it would be sold for £1 to someone willing to take on the debts. As it stands if someone were interested they would just be ripped of by greedy shareholders looking for a return. -
I doubt that, I would probably say 7,000 odd. It's hard to judge because it's been decades since we were this rubbish.

Agree with the first poster, though I think it will be close between plymouth and Norwich for the final spot, Saints and Charlton will be down long before the final day. 22nd Plymouth 23rd Charlton 24th Saints At the moment we are in a false position, we've lost to too many crap teams at home. When the pressure increases away wins will become harder to come by and the young players will not be able to handle it home or away. It's all about how you handle the pressure at this stage, as you get towards the end of the season the pressure doubles in each game. Our young players havn't been able to handle the pressure of playing at home even when the games didn't mean that much.

This Trust idea about the council buying SMS
aintforever replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
has to be a good idea, as long as the only people who benefit are SFC and the City, not Lowe or SLH shareholders. I wouldn't have clue wether the council has enough dough though. I was surprised at how many councils had shed loads of cash in Icelandic banks, mybe buying SMS and renting it back could be a half decent investment in today's climate? -
I don't know them personally so couldn't tell you, I just get the impression haf of them seem just happy to be pros when they should be ****ed off at being complete ****e.

This place is full of all sorts of crap, we even had some gimps at the start of the season backing this dumb Dutch plan. I agree about the manager though, if we are being forced to play kids (15 players brought in means we were not) then it was absolutely vital to bring in an experienced manager + coach. Someone who knows the Championship back to front and can spot which players are up to the job straight away. Also an experienced manager would give the right players a kick up the ass and the right players a bit of encouragement.

I think the problem with most of our young players is that they are just happy to be a proffesional footballer. Win, lose or draw it makes little difference, they can still **** it up round town with their mates as billy big ******. In a way getting relegated could be a good career move for half of them, at least they can play at being a pro at more their level next season. If we stay up and a real manager comes in, most of them know it will be "do you want fries with that" pretty soon.

Poll: Will y0u attend next season if lowe and wilde are still here?

Pictures that best describe Southampton Football Club 2009

This has to be the winner! -
With a manager who talks complete ****** like this our players have no chance. Imagine coming in at half time after being dicked all first half and all the clueless Dutchman can say is "We have to score a goal, that's our problem".
-
Usually I'm ****ed off about a Saints defeat but it's got to the satge where it's just the norm. It comes to the point where you've been kicked in the nuts so many times one more makes no difference. this club is only going one way whilst lowe and these Dutch clowns are here - all that matters now is getting rid of these ****s.
-
If we can't stay above Charlton we are down regardless, it's good that plymouth are losing IMO.

everyone has accepted we are in league one next season

Lowe's idea is the spectacular failure we virtually all knew it would be. I don't even think it's the percentage of young/inexperienced players that is the problem, or the players signed/let go/loaned out. The only problem is not letting a football manager be in control of all the above descisions.
-
Wotte talks more crap than Poortvleit. That is some achievement. Every time he opens his gob he just confirms what we all know and why he is unsuitable for the job - he knows jack **** about the Championship.
-
I think we will get slaughtered, Wotte's honeymoon period (1 point from two home games) will be over.

aintforever replied to Mr X's topic in The Saints
What a load of ******, everything you mention is a consequence of a badley managed football team not the cause. Football fans will always behave in the same way in those circumastances at any club in the country - you are balming the clubs demise on the nature of football supporters - what a load of crap. Saints fans have behaved way better than many other would had their club been on the receiving end of Lowe's bizarre experiments. -

aintforever replied to Mr X's topic in The Saints
If we don't win against Bristol City and results go against us then it is pretty much nailed on. Then we wont have to bother getting behind the team and we can focus on getting rid of Lowe and Wilde. The one small good thing about going into admin will be watching those ****ers lose every penny they had in the club. Lowe has well and truely screwed us over this season. -
Survival Plan - A real vision to save Saints..?
aintforever replied to SaintRobbie's topic in The Saints
All this protesting is just all too little too late as far as Championship survival is concerned, it all over bar the maths IMO. Our only (very slim) hope is if this Wotte bloke defies all logic and actually inspires the team to safety, all we can do is pack SMS and give the lads as much backing as possible. We need a plan for what to do when the inevitable is confirmed and what to do at the start of the league 1 campaign. -
Shame, Tony Adams is a completely ****e manager, he would have took them down.
-
Havn't Plymouth been forced to sell loads of players? I expect Sturrock has had less to work with than our bunch of monkeys.

Did BWP & McGoldrick attack a Saints fan?
aintforever replied to StuRomseySaint's topic in The Saints
The thing is if I were a pro footballer and some chavs came up to me giving me grief I would tell them to **** off. I expect BWP and McG just gave as good as they got - rightly so IMO. -

Like I said, if there is evidence, it could all be ******, I find it hard to believe Lallana would be made to cry but what someone said. Sounds like stuff made up by lads on the **** to me.
