Those who have followed Saints for a long time should be able to tell that our managers have got steadily worse since Pochettino. Changing managers has only made us worse each time it has occurred so why go through it again. It makes much more sense to stick with Mope given the positives associated with him. It’s times like these that just show how bad our support is tbh. A few years of good finishes in the Premier League made a lot of people entitled, complacent and forgetful of our true stature. Cue the odd initial dip in results and the atmosphere quickly became toxic, which has clearly contributed to our demise. People talk about the players not having the mental capacity for a relegation fight, but to be honest I really don’t see the fans having the capacity for it either.
