  1. I'm not criticising him "incorrectly". I gave specific details about how his attacking play disappointed me. I'd like a winger to keep a ball and make things happen, to try and beat his man consistently and not stand still looking to lay the ball straight off to somebody else (particularly an overlapping fullback). That's an opinion so how is it "incorrect"?
  2. Cheers. Courses seem to range form £500 to £700 for 4-6days but I'm guessing these don't include test fees. Stupid question ... how many actual tests do I have to pass? Is it two; one on a smaller cc bike?
  3. Was that confirmed? I remember thinking his tweets yesterday implied he was going to be part of game day. Maybe he was just watching though.
  4. Can anyone advise how much they think it would cost me to pass the motorbike test if I was to do an intense few days with the test at the end? I know it depends to some degree on how good I am but it would be useful to hear from people who have done it how much it cost them just so I know what to budget for. I already ride an auto scooter daily on a cbt.
  5. No idea what people were seeing him do positively yesterday. Whenever he got the ball near the halfway line and Saints were on the attack he just stood still and played it to Richardson on the overlap. I never saw him take it and run with, trying to beat a man. Defensively he was out of position many times. It really is surprising how people seem to watch completely different games to one another sometimes! With the decent performances put in by Puncheon recently, I would have played him ahead of Guly for sure. And I'm really disappointed for Steve to be entirely left out of the squad. I just don't think Guly is my type of player tbh.
  6. Fatties party tonight. Thought it seemed quiet on here.
  7. Nigel Adkins said on Twitter a day or so ago that Ryan would go on loan to Orient.
  8. isn't it Holloway who always names 5 outfield subs and avoids a sub gk?
  9. Saints to win every league game at home for a whole year.
  10. Has any Mac owner taken the chance to make a self-righteous comment about owning a PC yet?
  11. The Alex will prob have it on some screens.
  12. I'm not a massive fan of her face; I mean whilst she's clearly a fairly attractive woman there are women who I think are prettier. However, her body is almost perfect imo.
  13. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/bizarre/4100223/Kelly-Brook-sizzles-in-a-bikini-while-soaking-up-the-sun-on-holiday-in-Brazil.html Does she not have the most perfect figure ever?
  14. What a load of rubbish. The guy is prob as tall / a bit taller than average, he's also at least of medium weight and yet we have people claiming he's lightweight after seeing him for 20mins or so. I despair at the rubbish some people come out with on here sometimes. I thought he looked bloody lively, bloody keen and what great vision. That's all I could deduce from the relatively small amount of time spent on the pitch.
  15. It does depend on where you sit. In the Kingsland there's no problem keeping the lids but you've got no chance of keeping them in the Itchen. In fact, I had a great session with one of the idiot girls working the refreshment counter in the Itchen on the day of the Saints promotion party game last season when she wouldn't let me have my top in case I "throw it at the away fans." Complete lunacy.
  16. Guly's days are numbered. That is all.
  17. I love it when a plan comes together.
  18. yeh, would give us a real boost.
  19. Usual Twitter sources claiming Collins deal 'done' and that Sharp has held talks with Reading & Southampton. Seems to be some claims that Saints did go back in for Hooper with a "mega" offer but that this was again refused. If we can attempt to deduce anything it might be that Sharp and Collins are what we're most hopeful of right now.
  20. can't believe we dodged Arsenal though.
  21. Hooper would be better than Sharp if we completely ignore cost. However, with Hooper apparently unobtainable for realistic sums we'd be better off taking Sharp now that he's available for a cut-price £1.5m due to his buyout clause. For that money others are right to point out that we should be able to buy, see how he turns out and sell at a profit if need be. Done.
  22. Just ignore him. He's the resident pedant. Most people just roll their eyes and move on. Try not to feed him.
  23. Nothing is broken with it, I just think it's a rubbish phone and I'd happily get shot of it for £150 and buy an iPhone. Alternatively, I'll just take it to Carphone Warehouse and get a cheque for £105 unless they've recently reduced what they're paying.
  24. This; except the criticism of Steeeeeve.
