Nope APPLE - Make You Look A Tit Autocorrect: not double checked by the Tit being corrected!

Congratulations! .... reading your footnote the mists of 19 passing years cleared and you are right, you can't beat that feeling.

No so sure about that, we live just in earshot of the M3 and Christmas Day it sounds just like a weekday morning until about midday then again from about 4pm till about 9:30pm qite surprising as I would have thought the same.

Trouble is with the blame culture that exists in this country along with the Health & Safety risk aversion rounding off of every sharp corner in the land, no one is going put their name to announcing that standing can return to the terraces while the Spectre of Hillsborough is still lurking in the room. Even though examples and safety barriers already exist successfully elsewhere, by the time the working party and the various committees set up to assess the safe implementation of standing have rubber stamped it most of those standing in the Northam this Sunday will be of an age where sitting down will be their preferred option when attending games.

Think you might win the truest thing ever said on SWF title next year! I will get biggest hole shot in foot possibly feet award.

With the festive season nearly upon us here's a thought. In 1958 on the 25th December, if I have read it right, Saints played their last ever game on Christmas Day away to Newport County losing 4-2 the return game with County was on the 27th (3-3) In these days of managers complaining about the number of games at Christmas, back then the return match was played most years on Boxing Day. In 1957 25th December we played Aldershot away on the 26th December we played Aldershot at home. With TV money dominating Football if Sky announced that from next season there would be a live game at 11.30 on Christmas morning, what would your immediate thought be? And by some quirk of fate that live game was going to be Saints v Chelsea, novelty value aside, would you go?

Please read it again properly, I am the opening poster 239 posts and 5 pages ago, then read a page or two. No surprises or naivety or "crikey how long have my trousers been round my ankles!".

A mate of mine is a senior Marshall for that, as he was at Merion didn't get paid but all flights accom and grub covered. He told Rory to run to the 1st Tee on the last day when he turned up late and begged for a lift in the buggy the 100yrds to the first tee. He responded "no, you've had plenty of sleep, a nice ride in a Police car, now you had better run and get yourself woken up". Which took him aback, and figured running was quicker than arguing then disappeared. My mate is an old boy with more front than Blackpool and absolutely no reason to doubt his tail, the amount if times we gave seen him in action.

Errrr unless the Mods have tinkered with the thread title you can see that's exactly what's happened!

Vincent Tan tells Malky Mackay to resign - or he'll be sacked
John Boy Saint replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Thought I heard on the radio that MacKay mentioned 3 players needed in Jan and Tan said "no" followed by "what have you done??"!! Blimey Charlie he got your team into the richest Football League in the World! MacKay knows to sit tight, and fair play to him he has been very good at keeping his mouth shut while all this is going on. Guessing the next manager......... It will probably be another friend of the Tan family. Bizarre -
Not me unfortunately....................... Although it would have spot on for going to see my 104 year old Granny just down the road.

Nice to see newly crowned MVP Tokyo-Saint pointing out something some of us have endured a few times.

Back home after day of earning an honest crust and this is still going strong No challenger Bearsy, just a hopeful sparring partner, who has shown his inexperience and amateur status by reading the OP and making an assumption. Then trying to be clever posting upon it 218 posts and 5 pages into a thread. Had sotonjoe read beyond the op, then he would have seen that his hasty question would have been answered (in this particular case), thus avoiding the possibility of looking a chump rather than a champ. Still a valid question if you are paying £40 to watch Football why would you want to miss 5 minutes either side of half-time queuing for food that you probably don't honestly need at that time of day.

Bloody hell! Fame at last and on the Muppet Show too!!! That is worth so much alone!! For the record, boy was he getting on my tits!!(if you hadn't noticed at the time, and the silly aR$e tried it on again the other day!). Thank you and Merry Christmas!!

Pardew said it was just Handbags on MOTD

Getting a bit weird this, first Mandela passes away on the opening night of The Long Walk in Cinemas heightening people's awareness Then tonight the BBC embarks on an adaptation of the Great Train Robbery over 2 nights, tonight from the robbers side then the Police side tomorrow. 2 opposite ends of the spectrum regarding the men involved I know (seems a bit wrong mentioning both names at the same time) But still a bit weird,
-
if that doesn't catch on then there is no hope of anything beyond the usual players name added squeezed into the 3-4 well raped and pillaged terrace backing tracks!
-
Oh Great my wife is on there, gunna get nothing but bloody ridicule now tonight when getting ready for bed: Cheers Hatch (can I change my vote on the survey?)!
-
Glenda looks like an old woman who's been dragged through the hedge in that first photo in the Mail. Still Christmas won't be skimped in the AVB household £16m in pay offs from his last 2 jobs!!! How the dickens did I end up selling Wooden bloody Spoons!!??!!

My Boss a QPR supporter says that as a shot stopper Cesar is great, and he can play as a sweeper with dribbling skills better than Boruc up the Ar$e the other week, but when it comes to the bread and butter of goal keeping it's like someone has hammered 12" screws through his boots rooting to the line. He also said that blending him and Rob Green together would make an exceptional keeper, on Green he said that he is a great keeper but that occasional ricket he drops is so spectacular that everyone gets on his back and weakens him for the next couple of games. Take note Gazza bashers.

You can't hide the fact that early on this season they did get some wins via dubious soft penalties awarded in their favour, penalties that just about every ref on every other game has done that "No Penalty!" Both arms out Aeroplane impression.
-
Didn't he have a spin on the Blackburn Merry-go-round just recently? Chris Foy ref, hope the wind is blowing in our favour with him as he can be a bit of a funny bugger sometimes: being the cynic that I am, I fully expect the directive has gone out already from the FA to Old Mother Riley at the Refs club to be kind to Spurs on Sunday.
-
He might want to live besides the sea again, just maybe the quality of fish to fiddle with in the glistening canals of Stoke aren't a patch on those found in the Solent!!
-
.....................It's was halfway through the next week!!! And the Ref still tried to give them till Friday to nail the winner!!
-
You are just kidding to make a point here......................................... Aren't you?!?!
