I thought Chris Woods had gone to Bristol City.

I bet you got that from a skate forum... And a trustworthy member!

That's wishful thinking or you go to Aardvark's school of mathematics. HMRC can still screw this up although they have more ammunition this time.

I agree, make them do the work to prove innocence. Anyway we know Harry is a giver not a taker and the public purse would have benefitted.

For the FA and League Cups, seven subs are allowed (same in the Prem but not for the FL).

This is the point no one knows for sure. They are due £9.6m from season 2 after paying off the football creditors due at the time (around £22.4m). How much of a helping hand have they received?
-
1... See big shadow's reply, unsecured debt listed in the last report is circa £87m with HMRA £24m 2... No, the last two PP are not earmarked besides they come up about £1m short. There is £9.6m of the second season PPs unaccounted for, not sure if in the Prem they got access to PP or some is still due!! 3... Usually the PP get distributed to the FL clubs if a receiving club gets promoted. I'm not sure what happens in the case of a club being liquidated but see no reason not to follow same protocol of promoted club.

I started doing that before having the kids but that soon stopped! I was half way through, may pick it up again when they are older. The child development stuff was useful though.

You can see why the delusion will catch them out and the last sentence of the latest guardian article is so apt. This is from a mod on not606: IMO, we were stuck between the devil and the deep blue sea as far as selling players was concerned. 1. Hold on to the players (and their wage bill) and wait for a buyer to come in and sort things out. 2. Hold a fire sale, get the bills paid but get relegated to League One and possibly to League Two next year. I think option One is [albeit risky] the better option, as a Championship side is going to be more appealing than a struggling league One side to an investor.

I don't know what happen in the Suarez case (I haven't read the 100+ page report) but I presume Evra made a complaint to the FA and as the spat was between the two with no one else involved or being over heared it remained an FA issue.
-
But it would be interesting to see the new faces he picks and then how badly they perform for a match.
-
If Capello picks the same old players, I don't think I'll be watching England in Euro12.
-
I thought it was in his girlfriend?

Someone reported the Terry incident to the police so had a duty to investigate and it has gone through the usual channels, that wasn't so in the Suarez case. It's the date of trial which is baffling, I'm sure they could have done this sooner to stop the media circus lasting all season and into the summer, esp with Euro 2012 coming up.

But remember it was SLH that went into administration not the football club and stadium which were separate entities - from business perspective not the league. If I remember correctly SHL went into liquidation after the assets were sold.

That's really funny in a satirical kind of way... Like

His contract was up at the end of the season Forest offered him a new terms twice but he rejected them. When you get to the stage of offering highly rated teenagers (inc Morrison) £10 to £15k a week starting salary the likes of Forest are going to struggle to keep the talent especially with this new compensation system.
-
Indeed that was my understanding as I remember that there were times money got diverted to other teams who were due payments.

west ham get one back!

I expected they have received plenty from him today from various IPs!

Edinburgh, Paris, Prague, Krakow and Strasbourg are some of the places I've been to and would go again, however, much depends on when you want to visit the cities/regions as there will be festivals going on that make it special. Never been to Italy but heard Lake Como and Florence are great and if you go to Venice, go out of season!
-
IIRC, there is ~£9.5m left for the second season after relegation after payment of the football creditors, £8m for the next two after that. However, did the club receive any advance while in the PL or in the first season in the championship?
-
Is that in real numerical terms as opposed to non real ones?
-
So we're bug gered having lost to them already, although currently we have more points? ;-)

Selling their future for £0.5m apparently, 18yr old Williams had only just broke into the first team. I suppose that is what you get if you cannot sell the big earners. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a loan back to the skates included in the deal.
