  1. I think there are many ways to solve the puzzle of developing youngsters good enough for the first team squad. It looks like Citeh are going for volume input with 400 youngsters. Just how many are they expecting to make it in their first team squad each year with those numbers? There are going to plenty of disappointed boys that don't make it.

  6. This. Apart from Matt it was difficult to come up with boys names which weren't associated with kn0bheads! Also check the combination with surname that it is easy to say and if the first name is shorten it does cause problems... I knew a Jennifer Taylor and a Christopher Peacock at school. They had a tough time!

  19. Two home games coming up, Blackpool and Peterborough. If he loses those then he's on slippery ground what with the start of the sacking manager season starting in October.

I don't hate or really dislike other teams except the skates, but would like to thump Brighton (current leaders), West Ham (favourites), Leicester (re-address the previous result), Cardiff (Welsh), Bristol City (owe James for his FA cup saves), Blackpool (so Holloway can come up with something preposterous and funny), Reading (to keep them in their place), Watford (for not selling Sordell to us), Doncaster (for causing a storm with the train picture), Crystal Palace (as my best mate is a palace fan), Middlesboro (as they play good football as we do but we win with ours), Derby (expunging the PO semi again), and Peterboro (as it's always nice to beat a Ferguson) this season.
  22. He was a player who showed promise in the games he played. It would be interesting to see what he's like now and it seems his Burley experience hasnt been detrimental to his career if he's playing in the the French first division.
