Shouldn't that be 'semi-detachedly'?

Stevo, you might find this article useful. It does refer to the fact that the hamstring goes across the knee. http://www.arthroscopy.com/sp05001.htm

They are if you're a MRSA cohort. They'll test you before admission (private hospitals, that is).

It does sound like ACL, Steve. Mine is hanging by a thread but the orthopods are reluctant to reconstruct these days. I also ruptured the medial ligament at the same time. That was restitched but was very very stiff for ages (problematic for a dancer, as I'm sure you'll appreciate ). Then my dog knocked me over (playing what she thought was a game) and I ended up in a hurdle type position with said knee bent under me. Hurt like buggary but it did loosen up the knee joint and I have no problems at all now. However, the physio is gruelling and, if you do go down the private route, check how much physio you are covered for. You'll probably have the same consultants as are in your local NHS and I doubt the orthopaedic NHS lists are very long at all these days. I also used to go to Bisham Abbey (Nat. Sports Centre) for physio and to the England Rugby team physio in Aylesbury (can't remember his name). Good luck, buddy PS My counsin's son had private knee work at the BUPA hospital in Southampton and suffered awful complications after - allegedly.

Are Board meetings held on Tuesdays? Just an idle thought -
But how about, this time, the rest of the board have a cunning plan? He offers his resignation AND THEY ACCEPT IT!!!!!! They don't want to drive him out now because it'll cost them money to 'sack' him. He resigns - they accept - he gets no compensation (I think). Meh - stupid thought BTF

Property Management - how easy is it to go it alone?
bridge too far replied to stevegrant's topic in The Lounge
Echoing what Hatch said. I THINK (but you need to check this out) that you would have to get a solicitor draw up a Deed for your own Property Management company to ensure that no-one wriggled out of paying their share. Each share would obviously transfer with the sale of any of the participant's property. The amount you pay would have to cover buildings insurance as well as maintenance, and decoration of 'common' areas. Good luck! -
They're probably deciding what size willy warmer to get you.

Today - looking after Mr TF cos he's got food poisoning / gastroenteritis (waiting for results of 'samples') Tomorrow - was supposed to be decorating dining room but might not if Mr TF is still dying Sunday - as before then over to daughter's ready for grannying on Monday (assuming I don't get said gastroenteritis) Rest of next week - staying with other daughter to help her look after my new grandson (assuming I don't get said gastroenteritis) So - in short - I don't know. -
The cynical part of my mind is wondering if the whole fiasco was made up?

What - lower than us, you mean?

There are other posters who know far more than me. Jackson's Farm (or JF as it's affectionately known) hasn't been sold but a developer has paid a sum of money to the club in order to have first option on it if it ever gets planning permission for development. I believe that option expires early next month.

We used to give them to our dog - how we laughed to see her trying to unstick them.
