Clearly, with Koeman sodding off to Everton, we had a vacancy for our European Championship winning centre back role, which Jose has now filled nicely.

The inclusion of Fonte and Cedric into a Portuguese defence gave it real stability at a time when they were shaky enough to concede 3 vs Hungary. Brilliant stuff to see them play so well in a win in the Final and massively well deserved. Jose for the banner, absolutely.
