I still think it's pretty poor by the club if I'm being honest. Just highlights what a fuck up the ticketing system is. I could just about stomach £1.50 per transaction, but £1.50 per ticket is taking the piss. Equally charging the fee for buying the tickets in person is pretty shitty too. Who gets the £1.50? The club or the company that runs the booking system? Why can't the club run there own booking system? Just seems another way to make a couple of quid, much like not showing the game live on the big screens as it's full of adverts instead.

Exactly. One booking fee per transaction is just about bearable, although how the fuck they can charge a booking fee when you are collecting the tickets and buying them at the ticket office I don't know.

When did the club start charging a booking fee to purchase tickets? I brought four tickets for the Burnley game last Saturday and was charged £1.50 per ticket. So, on top of the £85 they got from me for the tickets, I also got charged £6 for the privilege of buying a ticket. I get maybe just about, charging a fee if booking by phone, but I brought these in person from the ticket office. I know it's only £6, but for me, it's just another example of the club taking the piss out of fans.
