Hope Villa take a couple pts from them tonight. We might well see a second team next Tuesday. That should keep the score down. JNJ

I hope Rlph reads what you just wrote. He seriously needs a wake up call. The problems are glaring. # The solutions are not even being looked at. The rinse and repeat level of execution is going to get Ralph sack at some stage. Just wake up ffs.

Just finished a very long day at work. On the bright side, I don't need to stay up for motd........

Man City better shake off the autopsy real fast, or they are in danger of leaving with nothing.

This Dibley kid should fit in real good. Already got the church connection down. Now to steal some honey............... UTS......match day............whats the worst that can happen...................

Disgusting performance by Chelsea yesterday. They were dog shit.Even Pickfords saves were mostly just blasted at him. What a massive disappointment.

It's embarrassing that we are not mathmatically safe by now. But, after the start we had I thought we'd be flirting all the way through the season, so its nice that we got a little break. Lets smash Liverpool, to confirm our fragile survival status.

We are not as good as our best days, and we are not as bad as our worst. I adjusted my expectations some time ago, so these last minute goals don't kill me as much now. For me, we need the three weakest teams in the division next term, or we are in the shit. Make no mistake, we are aiming for 1 or two places above the line for success.

Earn your money Ralph, make some fucking changes!!!!!!!

Strong bench for Palace. We don't want to be scoring too early in this game. Scrap that, lets get a very early consolation goal!
-
Really looking forward to tomorrow. Love seeing the leagues wrapped up, and there's some real excitement to come in these final games. I can't beleive how long Pompey and Sunderland have spent down there. Never would guessed that all those years ago!
-
Not sure about the score line but there will be a red card and a penalty in this, and not in the same incident.
-
I'd prefer Bompey back if I'm honest. I want us to have the weakest opposition next season, so we can weather the Ralph streaks of form. Burnley.....yes please. Brentford.....difficult 2nd season incoming.....Bompey......local/good record against them = Safety

Peak timing on the big mans form. I can't say I blame him. What a strange Saints career he has had. From breaking records to being shipped out with a mental decline. But he didn't shit talk us, he's been professional all the way. And as his contract winds down to the last weeks he finds himself in the second best bout of form of his career. Perhaps Theo Walcot has been doing some work behind the scenes!!!! lol -
Really hope its not as bad as it looked.
-
Palace love running at goal with the ball. If we get the wrong ref, it could be a blood bath! (England did well tonight)

Two strange things happened this weekend in the world of football. That's the most I've ever enjoyed a Burnley win. And that's the most I've ever enjoyed a Liverpool win. I think I may have some bias towards Everton.
-
One of his ugliest, but damn that was sweet!

Burnleys win today has made our defeat less painful. They rreally can relegate Everton. God that seems like the only way to end this slog of a season now. Please happen.

Tim Krul at his peak was significantly better than McCarthy has ever been. I've never seen AM have a game like this, for example: ----------------------------------------- Cruel Krul masterclass yesterday! Peak player. -
I don't think its correct to say all forums are the same. I can think of a pretty good example of one that was thriving until the rabid politics of a powerful minority set in. They literally eliminated anyone with a different point of view over a few months. And now its just the same five or six posters keeping the place limping on. ~There's a warning there to be heeded......

These off topic discussions are fine, even when they get heated. What I find strange, is the people who post, who cannot accept there may well be an opposite point of view. And to even suggest that there is, seems to inspire over the top name calling rebuttals. When did that become a way to win an argument?

Time to start penning the apology letter to Arsenal. Just what was the point! 🤪

Can see no further than a 1-1 tonight, which does little for both of us. In fact, I'd go as far to say anything less than three points and they have gone. Everton seem to have a jammy ability to get a point here and there, whereas Burnley seem to have the opposite knack. I've never liked Burnley, but have always respected their time in the epl. They knew what they needed to do, and they did it well. I feel like the new ownership, & losing SD, well its is just bringing down the curtain on their top flight adventure. Rather than allow them to cling on painfully, I'd prefer us to administer a lethal dose, but again, can see nothing but a disappointing draw. Go on Saints........................Surprise me.....................................in a good way
