  1. "That property manager suddenly resigned on the Friday before the tenancy began on the following Monday." What dark secrets did the property manager uncover, causing the sudden resignation? Where are they now? Will we see them before the bruises heal, as they confess to definitely having been at fault, and in no way part of a cover up? 🙂
  2. Charles proactively acting against even alleged abusers and their connections with convicted ones, just as as strongly as always. Oh, wait... https://www.pressreader.com/uk/daily-express/20180728/281741270220132 Charles: : “I wish I could do more. I feel so desperately strongly about the monstrous wrongs that have been done to you and the way you have been treated.”
  3. More pressing with energy in the club laundry.
  4. You think you're voting to revitalise the textile industry and suddenly Wales wants independence.
  5. If they wanted even more out, just how bad has SR's recruitment been? They knew not far into last season where we would be playing this season. Just how bad has their planning been? Knowing the vast numbers of players they wanted rid of, surely all of their new picks would be ones they felt would rectify it? Little evidence of that.
  6. Awakening in the 25th century, Buck finds himself manager of a SR owned Saints side relegated so far, that they are beaten by local children on the piece of scrap land they call home. Can he return them to their glory years? No. See the bit about SR still being in charge.
  7. Although Aribo played a number of games for Rangers in just that position. In European games too. Perhaps instead of freezing him out, SR and Still could have actually dipped into the massive squad they complain about and found a stop gap solution there. Aribo has also played in a number of the other positions we prefer to pick, then abandon for taxied kids, ill players for. Unforgivable shambles.
  8. Staff trading along with player trading is the SR way. Presumably a reason why we also hired only up and coming project managers.
  9. Great to see him still going. I saw one of his earliest games for Norwich. Which is odd, because I'm definitely the same age, while he's now 50.
  10. Solak's Millions: You don't have to be crazy to believe the idiots you've hired to blow millions of pounds in a few seasons. But it helps.
  11. As long as they all buy into their incompetence, they can continue to believe in their many failings. An actual experienced football manager, looking to get success on the pitch rather than in player trading, wouldn't put up with it for a second. Which is why they will never hire one, and now why none will touch SR with a barge pole.
  12. This season in the PL showing up just how much of a shambles SR had got us into. Leicester had also imploded. Ipswich with a combination of a double promotion and finding our transfer target list in a hedge.
  13. That is truly horrible.
  14. Return to SR's glory days with Martin? 🙂
  15. This. If you know going in which players will not last, then you pick a squad in preparation of the substitutions. It's incompetence not to. Just like it's incompetence to not recruit for a squad, and to freeze out players who could do a job right up the spine (Aribo). With 3 at the back already, sacrificing attack for defence needlessly, knowing the flaws we have, was madness. Still pretending it's because Scienza can't play three games is missing the point. To then get Charles injured, when the same thing applied to him, just makes his comments worse. Fraser moving to Scienza's position with Downs or Oyekunle coming on. Oh look, we're not abandoning our whole attack, resulting in more pressure on Charles' position. If Charles also struggles to play 3 games, then that's why Bragg is on the bench. If, like Oyekunle, Still is hesitant, then there's Edwards or at that point Stephens (but really Edwards). But not Stephens on first!
  16. After AA missed his one on one chance, I was thinking that was far too close to winning. Far better to sacrifice even more of an attack than usual to bring on Cap'n Shoehorn. With yet another error prone defensive player on the park, we immediately gave up all forward momentum, resulting in a soft equaliser. Charles had to go off through injury. Fortunately, that didn't completely derail the entertainment of Will Still's Tombola of Subs. We immediately lost any sense of shape and looked like 11 strangers when the 2nd soft goal went in. We were never anywhere near getting back into it. So Wellington's straight red made zero difference. An utter shambles of a performance from a club priding itself on leading with incompetence from Solak all the way down.
  17. Oh sure, I've been a fan of the Rate of Indecisive Passes against Goals we could have scored, since Martin's first training session.
  18. I'm just thinking of our xG.
