  1. I wonder where the righteous anger goes when big corporations in the US come along set up shop somewhere, damage the environment, impacts on people's health, some of which die as a result....
  2. Why does everything have to boil down to being liberal or to the right. Surely things can be questioned without going down the US route? Also, saying that Musk is hero for buying X? Do you really think he did it for humanity? Or for free speech?
  3. Hmm, thats disappointing if he decides to leave considering how much patience Saints have shown.
  4. He's done kebab adverts
  5. Good news. Lets get it done. So good to have a keeper like him in the team.
  6. If we somehow retain Jander, Charles and Downes i would be shocked!
  7. Where has Jander being homesick come from? Nobody in Germany is gonna shell out +20m for him.
  8. Well that was with Will Still wasn't it? Or did he not get shifted even last summer. Or did BBD get a chance under Tonda? I can't recall. If Tonda is that great then he can do it!
  9. Time for Tonda to show his managerial skills and get a tune out of BBD. If we can retain one of Larin / Stewart. Supplemented by BBD and Archer, that is still a decent attack. IF they play to their potential
  10. Yes I feel similar, it looks like a serious failure by the police. More broadly, though, these police officers' actions and attitudes don't exist in isolation but they're influenced by wider social and institutional pressures. One possible factor is a perceived need to demonstrate anti-racist credentials or support for minority groups in ways that can sometimes come into tension with police duties of strict impartiality and responsibility for welfare. It doesn't help that Digwa happens to be Sikh and Indian. As that's fuel on the fire. But him and his family are cruel, calculating and should all be put away for their actions.
  11. Wow, cretins. Didn't Helborg himself say they're preparing for the final straight after losing to Saints anyway. I dont understand fans and how they think.
  12. Agreed. There should guardrails for the police without political interference or mandated guidelines. There should be a framework to follow. Hopefully this sad episode will bring some sense back. Frustratingly it is being used to push people's agendas. I've watched a few videos and seen some of the reasoning from Robinson. Not sure how you can deport British citizens without revoking thier citizenship. The Digwa family have been arrested now as well, so hopefully they'll be charged accordingly. Fucking cunt Digwa has really fucked it up for the local community.
  13. I thought that Saints fan was going to cry at the end. Seriously said he couldn't wear his Saints shirt anymore. Its only football at the end of the day. My 10 year old kid is already over it compared to that sop.
  14. In fairness that reporter wouldn't have had the balls to say that to a more prominent manager. I thought it was bang out of order and obviously he was baiting a response
  15. In fairness he riles up people with the way he says stuff but at least consistent with his views (well, I think he is) and he does make a case for most of what he says. I dont always agree with what he says but can see his angle.
  16. It's all just click bait. After champions league and now, no other news its back to the evil doers of Southampton. As for Alex Crook. My sources tell me that he's a cunt.
  17. Man, I hope we can keep one of them. If we do, that would be amazing. Scienza has had so much exposure, hopefully he appreciates that knowing he could get a move after this season. However if a big bid comes in, I cant see him staying.
  18. Genuine question, can MPs / papers etc speak in a case whilst it is on-going? I didn't they could otherwise it may harm the judgement. Regardless, Starmer should have been on this asap.
  19. Hey, dont you dare show that to Boro fans, skates and the self righteous. This is a false equivalence and not as BAD or EVIL as Saints spying. Nb. Im joking.
  20. Well this the contentious part. Traditionally fully baptised Sikhs will wear a Kirpan (knife) that is one to two inches long, sheathed and is blunted at the end. In a lot of cases the knife will bolted down in the cover. Not every Sikh will carry one, the majority do not as we're not all baptised I.e. I cut my hair and love booze too much. Also normally it is put of sight and underneath clothing. Some wear a smaller one on a necklace but within the Sikh community traditionalists do not believe that is correct (that's what I understand - I might be wrong). However this guy was carrying two. The second, knife can be termed as ceremonial but ordinarily Sikhs would not be carrying one like that around. This was a long knife with a sharp point end, this was used as the weapon. It went into Henry and did not leave gash but more of a puncture would, leading to more internal bleeding than external. Hence why it wasnt obvious to the police. Here the police didnt do themselves any favours. From the video, you can see that they took Digwa's word AND did not take Henry's pleas seriously enough.
  21. Just watched it. Agree, the police should have realised Henry wasnt right just by his slurred speech and lack of movements. They haven't helped themselves here. Digwa and family are deplorable. The knife used was also one that causes more of a puncture wound from what I've read and it led to internal bleeding.
  22. Yep, his brother and mother next to get banged up for trying to pervert justice.
  23. The jury needs to look at itself long and hard. The evidence is all there to see what the scrotes did.
  24. This one has me riled up. As a British Indian Sikh, the Digwa guy has used his religion and race to try to cover up his actions. They were deplorable and condemned by the community. The guy didn't use the ceremonial kirpan but another knife as a weapon. As a result a young adult has been murdered. Police should have listened to Nowak.
