The great thing about a forum is we can agree to disagree on this matter.

And nobody is saying we will ban images. My point was that I don't see the relevance. Nobody likes a good pair of boobies more than me as you will appreciate if you ever meet Mrs Chalet, however just don't see the relevance on a match thread. Anyway, I am sure Steve and Baj will look into it. From memory this is our first major disruption on the server for the season.

I really don't know what the issues are. However look at sites with far bigger resources than TSW like Twitter that regulary can't cope with periods of huge demand. Images are of course fine, but I would hazzard a guess that with the amount of "F5" hitting going on it will slow things up. Add to that the people with low bandwith in far flung places who rely on the thread and I really don't see the need for those type of images.

Will report the server outages to the Site Admins. As an observation I can't imagine all the utterly irrelevant images posted and quoted posts thereof would have helped the servers performance.

Very much so, if we win those extra games it will be better. But as it stands results wise it has been similar. What is interesting, petty points aside, is how much more bunched the top of the table seems this year. Also just shows what an implosion Leeds had second half of the season.
