I actually don't think he does. It appears that he wants to keep everyone happy, speak as many nice things as possible and that will make things ok. It appears as though he cannot see that this in fact makes him look even worse then keeping quiet as there are too many contradictions in his interviews. He is clearly full of sh*t yet can't stop spouting it.
Just another footballer caught up in the bubble of being a footballer. His actions as before and always betray his words, wish the rat would just shut up.
I would recommend Wynne's School of Motoring. Eastleigh based, saw me through my test 11 years ago and I still see them around Winchester.

His chilling assault on Haaland is surely one of the most despicable pre-meditated acts in the history of the game. Ending someone's career after they dared suggest you were faking an injury. Not out of proportion, oh no.

Yet I am yet to meet a Manchester United fan who will criticise him for it.
He is not worth 12m as a player. But he has brought much needed competition and depth. If only he had converted that header v Liverpool though.... He needs a goal and quickly.
No Shawcross, No Huddlestone, No Clyne.
Blackett...... Let him prove himself in the u21's first, get that group right and then look to bring them through, the fast tracking has not been working.
Quite.
The very premise of Martin Samuel's article is entirely flawed and redundant because he doesn't touch on that. His shallow observations are based on truth but do not touch on the larger upheaval in the club at the time.
Board and managerial continuity next summer will (I hope) ensure that this off season will never be repeated.
