So how do the creditors (especially local companies etc) who have been owed money for years, and will now have to accept a mere 20p in the pound spread over 5 years, feel about a brand new manager who is a complete outsider, coming in and getting paid every single penny of his salary at the end of each month? They are even talking about bringing in new players to add to the salary bill!! How about paying off the fees you owe for the current players you have first? Utter Madness.

Aha .... but there's the rub. Renewals end at the end of the month and New Season Tickets sales end on Fri 6th August. Unless I'm reading it incorrectly, the club statement clearly states that fact. So if you haven't stumped up the big money by then, you are demoted to being a mere casual visitor instead of an Uber Season Ticket Holder Fan. Not even a chance to join this elite club via a Half season Ticket in Jan. If they'd left new applications available till say, mid Sept, a few games into the season I'm sure a fair few people would have gone for the Season Ticket route as they may well have missed the first few games through being on holiday etc anyway. And of course if we had a barnstorming start that would rekindle alot of interest in ST's to ensure seats for away games later in the season and possible Cup runs.

Huge inflation in The Bristols Area certainly has its good points though -

Ok so lets accept the fact that the club aren't going to budge on the installments issue, but what reason have they given for No "Half Season" Tickets, which may well have been within the reach financially for those who hadn't put some money aside. Also they probably accounted for a fair few Xmas gifts as well. I reckon they realise they have ****ed it up already by extending the renewal dates, but it's probably a bit too late to make much of a difference to many fans now, who, as said elsewhere will simply cherry pick their games, depending on the opposition, weather, hairwashing requirements or time of the month!!, and if we don't set the league alight there will be vast empty spaces in the stands. The response from the club, and no reasons offered for the changes in the first place has been well below expected and hoped for standards. -
Is this a quiz

Maybe Rooney would like to reimburse all those fans their expenses of getting tickets and travel to The World Cup, only to see such an inept showing 2 games in a row. He has totally gone down in my estimations. How is his slagging the fans off any different to the fans booing the team? Did he expect the team to get a standing ovation for their display? Bellend.

You'll have to go back through the fred and read the continuing Alan Shearer saga. FWIW I can't see him at the moment

I thought we had a loan for the season with option to buy at a fixed price arrangement (or are too many Old Speckled Hens playing tricks with my memory bank ). I wonder if that agreement (if indeed it did exist !!) had an expiry date on it and took into account this extra buyout fee? I for one would love to have him (and Antonnio) back. It has been forever since we had genuine impact players on the bench who could come on and change the whole game. I wonder how The Pope would feel playing in a sash though

And he's gone again WTF is going on
-
This is getting freaky .... he's back again. Got to admire his persistance and never say die attitude though.
