I Don't get the hate for Everton...Liverpool are a bunch of c***s so I am glad Everton got a point.
-
Very good display today..tight to Sanchez for most of the game and did that really well. Stood up, got a foot in and often came away with the ball as well. He must have been really pleased with how he did. WTF was he doing catching the ball though?
-
BT probably know they are about to be priced out of the market.. Bubble is not bursting just yet!
-
My favourite manager we have had. Top man, really like him...I wish him the very best of luck,
-
Lol if you think these songs are humourous then you are easily made to laugh! If they were humourous and original then I might even have a chuckle.. But this isn't even funny on any level irrelevant of the meaning or content... Do you really find it funny? If that's British humour then it's fallen a long way IMO.. Nowt wrong with the Pompey scum song..it's not meant to be funny! PS I am not really advocating banning people for unoriginal songs..that was tongue in cheek!

Is it me but this season the possession stats in a lot of games seem to be really one sided. I know Man City are getting 80+% with regularity but it seems loads of other games are like this...is it the way away teams are playing.
-
Even if it wasn't against the law, Why would you even want to sing these songs about stereotypes? For example the feed the scousers song against Everton was just embarrassing...do people really think it winds up the opposition fans? If we were arguing about witty songs which pushed the boundaries a bit fair enough (maybe the park song United sang is an example) but the Brighton song has no wit, it's generic, been heard a million times before and is frankly just cringeworthy. I am all for banning those singing them whether it's against the law or not.

Why is he bored?
-
Palace, West Ham and Huddersfield.
-
Why would we not start with the frontline that scored 4 against Everton? Did Redmond really do enough on Wenesday to replace any of those against weaker opposition than city in a game that we should have a more equal share of possession? He played for a tatical reason against City. I will be disappointed if he starts in front of Tadic or Boufal, I'd expect to see Austin starting as well.
-
And yet Everton stuffed West Ham... Didn't they also get 4 points from the previous two games? Some people are very quick to blame anything good on the opposition being bad rather than admit some of our players actually are quite Good.
-
At least the last two games have started to dispel the myth that our players are really poor and the squad is so weak. I am not sure about MP still, we have had some real poor performances, however on the positive side he has tried to change things when it's not working. Although it was probably right to change the side for Man City away I do hope he now is starting to see his best 11 and we get a bit of a run with a reasonably settled side.
-
Not sure it's that uncommon...even Blackburn have three ex managers as current premier league managers. Palace must have at least a couple as well as the just sacked Pulis. It Says more about the turnover in managers than anything else I reckon.
-
Has it really gone wrong? We had a few good managers who had the team playing at or near their potential on a regular basis. Now we have had two managers who couldn't get the players playing Anything other than boring sideways football. Not a lot else has changed really... We still buy players who are technically good but now can't seem to get them to combine and play with any pace or direction.
-
I agree with this... Leicester bounced last time they had a new manager too... They have some real quality players. Not sure how Puel will work out.i don't wish him any bad luck..I don't dislike the bloke just don't think he was suited to us.
-
There seems to be an acceptance now throughout the pundit community that actually we are really rubbish ("permanantly pedestrian" is how one commentator described us yesterday). It's not just yesterday, we are tagged alongside West Brom for entertainment which is a sad indictment. The opposition managers like to say we are a good old side now though...they like us this way as we are easy to beat and no threat going forward.

Gazza in goal for Spurs..interesting to see how he gets on.
-
Our own Sven was much more successful...or Ramos the Spurs manager.. To name a couple.. PS you don't get a trophy for just getting to a final..ask Claude!
-
I didn't think he was that bad today. A few times he bust a gut to overlap and the player on the ball chose a different path.
-
https://www.premierleague.com/stats/awards Anyone voting Boufal for GOTM?
-
4 trophies? I didn't say he was an under achiever..I think he is also one of the best managers around but if, as is being said, ability is only measured by trophies he is well behind some pretty average managers.
-
Diego Simone has not really won loads of trophies so does that make him above Poch but below Brendon who is sweeping up all the trophies? I assume this means Poch won't be a great manager we had until he is at Real Madrid winning trophies? And considering how relatively few managers have won the premier league...Ranieri must be up there with the Fergusons!
-
8th and a cup final I reckon
-
Interesting that the debate on here is that winning makes you a good catch yet Poch is rated higher than Wenger in there. I couldn't find Puel, what number was he ranked at?
-
You haven't got over Poch and you haven't got over Puel Move on man..it's OK to still appreciate someone who isn't at the club you know!
